An amazing stay for me and my son, on a surf trip together. The location did not disappoint.
Pros:

It’s right on the beach on a quiet street off the beaten path. Very convenient access to surfing spots a short walk to the local market and surf shop. We stayed in a suit with a kitchen which added extra privacy. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Parking is a bit limited for those who might rent a car. If we were to do it again I would not rent a car and use their suggested taxi service.

Pros:

Great location! Was only a 5min walk to Popoyo Reef. Also has a minimarket and restaurants close by. The room itself is simple but beautiful, with a terrace with great views of the ocean. Hope to come back soon!

De locatie is schitterend, bed was heerlijk en je eigen balkon met uitzicht op de zee was super luxe

Er is geen ontbijt, maar dat is helder gecommuniceerd. Dus geen tegenvaller, maar het enige puntje wat verbeterd zou kunnen worden.

Pros:

I liked everything.. really. Cory is great host, and the place was exactly what I wanted: clean , safe and comfy. The staff was awesome night and day. The surf right out front at high tide was amazing at any size. You have "Popoyo Main Break" just a five minute walk to your left and Beginner Bay another 5 beyond that. Yeah, I'll be back.

Lovely stay at Stella Mar
Pros:

Lovely beach getaway. The location couldn’t be better, and the property itself is so charming, the garden, the staff. I stayed in the top apartment with kitchen and it was well-equipped!

Corey, the owner, was really nice and good vibes. The view was incredible, and the whole atmosphere was just so enjoyable.

Cons:

I’m not usually a big fan of AC and am fine with just fans. I was there in March, and it got pretty hot, so I felt like I had to pay $10US (15$ with my currency) more per day just to run the AC for a couple of hours during the peak heat when i was inside. For me personally, I wish it was included. Even with the fan, it was tough to stay comfortable.
