Positive about our stay was... location

Cons:

The worst part of our stay was that we weren’t even provided with drinking water. The mattresses and blankets had a horrible smell, which made it nearly impossible to sleep. On top of that, breakfast was not provided, despite being included in the booking. Overall, the lack of basic facilities and cleanliness made this experience extremely disappointing.

Nice budget friendly stay right in town
Pros:

Right in the center of town, restaurants and all kinds of stores are everywhere, walking distance.
The staff are very nice, helped double park my rental car in their small parking area.

Cons:

The water situation: it didn't always come out the tap, wasn't always the clearest, and hot water was iffy but it could be a Munnar issue in general.
There was an issue with a "C Form" to let foreigners book the hotel but it got sorted out, so future foreigners booking the hotel shouldn't have an issue.

Pros:

Large bed room and separate dining room, a separate kitchen area. Good AC and Geyser.Arranged additional bed for 4th person.Hotel staff is very nice helpful, guided us well.They arranged delivery of food 3 times a day on request which is good service.Very close to City's busiest area and also close to Sri Rangam temples. They have kept mosquito repellents in both rooms, which is good gesture.

Cons:

Hotel is like 750 Meters inside narrow streets of residential area from main road, also next to what seems to be a open drain. So we can see it & feel the smell a bit.

Pros:

We recently visited SK Estate Hotel in Ooty and had a highly disappointing experience. The hotel completely misleads travelers with fake photos of the rooms. The actual condition is deplorable—rooms are unhygienic, there is no provision of hot water or geysers, and towels are not provided. Additionally, the door locks are in a dilapidated state, and overall maintenance is nonexistent. Due to these issues, we immediately shifted to another hotel on the same day. However, the hotel manager refused to refund our advance payment of ₹8,000 (40% of the total booking amount). This experience was utterly regrettable, and we strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Cons:

I demand an immediate refund of my advance payment of ₹8,000. Failing this, I will be compelled to file a private suit in the Consumer Forum against the hotel and Booking.com for misleading travelers, providing substandard service, and charging exorbitant rates despite the appalling quality of stay and services. I urge you to resolve this matter at the earliest to avoid legal action.

These people are cheaters.... Before arriving they told there is 2 room in your name, but when reached they told there is only one room, they charged extra for
