Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents (""non tourists"" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

As there's no on-site reception, you'll get an invite to check in online prior to your arrival. Completing it will enable us to send you the digital key to your accommodations, which you can access via the Internet. Contact us if you have any trouble with the check-in process.

Pros:

הגענו ללילה בשישי, קבלנו אישור מבעלי המקום להישאר עד מוצאי שבת ללא תוספת תשלום.
חדר נקי, משופץ ומאובזר היטב, מיטה נוחה, מרפסת נחמדה, מים חמים במקלחת. בעלי המקום עזרו לנו בכל שבקשנו.
בהחלט תמורה טובה למחיר

היו שיבושים בקליטה בטלפונים.
תחילה, כשנכנסנו לחדר היה ריח כימי חזק, כנראה אחרי ניקיון
חלונות לכיוון של כביש ואין בידוד רעשים מספיק

חדר נעים לשנת לילה במיקום מעולה קרוב לאתרים מרכזיים
Pros:

המיטות היו נוחות מאד, מזרונים באיכות הגבוהה ביותר. הקשר עם המנהל בוואצאפ יעיל מאד- קיבלנו מענה מיידי לבקשה שהיתה לנו. הכניסה למיתחם היתה יעילה - עם קוד ומפתח - הכל היה ברור. המיקום מעולה - קרוב לטיילת לואי , לכניסה לגנים הבהאיים, ומרחק הליכה ממרכז הכרמל - הלכנו ברגל לסינמטק

Cons:

החדר שהיינו בו בקומת קרקע וקדמי- קרוב מאד לכביש, המרפסת החיצונית רועשת גם בלילה, ולא היתה שימושית עבורנו. כשסוגרים את הדלת ומפעילים מזגן - יש שקט מוחלט. החדר עצמו אטום לרעשים, ושנת הלילה שלנו היתה נהדרת. פתקית לעצמי - לבקש קומה גבוהה ועורפית בפעם הבאה.

אחלה תמורה לכסף. בסך הכל נהננו ואולי אפילו נחזור שוב.

תמורה טובה למחיר. מיקום טוב. מרפסת גדולה ומפנקת. יש בחדר את כל הדברים הבסיסיים שצריך כולל כלים, אספרסו וטלוויזיה.

Cons:

המיטה לא כל כך נוחה. מזרון מפוצל וקשה. לא היה לנו שירות נקיון חדרים בין יום ליום. אין פקידיי קבלה או באופן כללי נציג מטעם המלון שנראה לעין במתחם, קצת מרגיש שאין למי לפנות במקרה הצורך.
