Infelizmente o hotel não tem como atender os hóspedes no básico.
Necessita urgente de melhorias.
As roupas de cama e banho,
travesseiros,colchões,tudo muito velho,ruins.
Não havia sabonetes no banheiro e o papel higiênico muito ruim.
A descarga estava estragada e um único funcionário para tudo.
Pedimos um bule com água quente para preparo de chá que compramos e levamos e nos trouxeram 1 copo tipo americano(bar)envolvido por guardanapos de papel.
Éramos 3 pessoas.

Quarto bom wifi péssimo
Pros:

Do quarto, do silêncio.

Cons:

O wifi não funcionou no quarto de forma alguma e a equipe não foi capaz de solucionar.
Mais uma sugestão o hotel: na recepção não tive qualquer informação sobre transporte para o aeroporto de Juiz de Fora. O site do aeroporto é péssimo e penso que num hotel dessa categoria a equipe de frente deveria estar preparada para orientar melhor o hóspede.
