Overall the stay was okay
Pros:

- design
- staff was very nice
- everything in according to the hotel’s description

Cons:

- the light on the corridors were turning off after 5 sec ( quite annoying)
- the bathroom was dirty

The Syracuse Hotel in Casablanca is a great choice if you’re looking for a place that covers all the essential needs. The hotel is beautiful and recently renovated, making it clean, modern, and comfortable.

The breakfast offers a good variety of options and everything I tried was very tasty. What really made my stay special, though, was the reception staff. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality made a big difference. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Overall, this is an excellent three-star hotel that offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Casablanca.

The only thing I like is the location

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The hotel does not offer good value for the price.

The room was very small and lacked basic amenities. There was no minibar, no chair, no table, and no iron—only a bed and a bathroom. The breakfast was very limited, with very few choices. I was also disturbed by the noise coming from the pub below the hotel, and the elevator was extremely small.

Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay and expected much better considering the price I paid. I hope the hotel owner will improve the facilities and the quality of service. With the 2030 FIFA World Cup approaching, it is important for hotels to provide a better experience for visitors and help create a positive image of the country.
