Pros:

j'avais pris la suite exécutive c'était bien

Cons:

notre vol était prévu pour 22 Heures du coup nous avions prévu de faire notre check out à 19h au moment du check je l'ai expliqué au réceptionniste, il m'a dit qu'il n'yavait pas de problème, le lendemain à 12H30, il appelle chacun de mes collégues et moi meme pour nous dire que le check out est à 13h et que si nous voulons rester jusqu'à 19h nous devrions payer une nuitée entière ou sortir. J'ai payé une nuitée supplémentaire, mes collègues ont été obligés de se regrouper dans une chambres et de libérer les autres chambres pour ne pas avoir à payer une full nuitée.

The worst hotel I have ever booked.

We checked out and left The Hotel Syracuse within an hour of check-in. The hotel room was full of black mold on the wall behind the ac which also leaked water into the room. We were unable to secure the room because the doors did not lock. The entire hotel is full of cockroaches. I was trapped in the elevator, I had to climb out the Elevator Shaft while it was in between floors. I gave the hotel an opportunity to change our room. They said none of the rooms locked. Then upon check out they wanted me to change rooms and I declined stating that I had already booked another hotel room that was safe and secure. They refused to refund me and refused my free cancellation request. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to stay here. Run far far away!!!

Non ho fatto foto ma veramente carino!
Pros:

Posizione strategica non lontano da Casa Port e dal Sacro Cuore. Bagno con doccia nuovo.
Gentilezza dello staff che mi ha tenuto i bagagli custoditi anche dopo il check out. Tre diverse colazioni tra cui scegliere ogni mattina.
Letto comodo e wifi ben funzionante.
Ci ritornerei!

Sinceramente nulla..
Se devo proprio trovare una pecca non avevano messo la carta igienica in bagno, ma chiedendola ovviamente me l’hanno fornita. E poi dalla stanza (308) si sentiva un po’ di rumore delle ventole dei condizionatori che davano su una corte interna, ma una cosa poco degna di nota.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Auch das Badezimmer war wirklich sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung, da kann man sich nicht beschweren. Das Personal war ebenfalls freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Alles in allem hat für uns alles gut gepasst und wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden.

Cons:

Leider hat uns im Zimmer ein Föhn gefehlt und das WLAN hat zwischendurch etwas gesponnen. Das waren aber eher kleinere Punkte.
