Would i stay here again-NO. Is it that bad-NO
Pros:

Near to Railway Station, still is quiet. The room size was unexpectedly large, so also the bed size.

Cons:

The approach road is unpleasant. The towels provided were unclean, better carry your own. The water geyser was leaking exactly where you stand in front of wash basin (G1 room). The electric switches were unpredictable. Ground floor rooms have tall compound wall just 3-4 feet away from the windows. The staff sound’s unmannerly but, acceptable by and large.

Pros:

Very close to the train station. Spacious room. Nice reception staff :)

Cons:

Some aspects of the room had seen better days and there was some work going on in the hotel which caused quite a lot of noise during the day (obviously only a temporary issue)

It’s a value for money hotel, with easy access to the Railway Station.
Pros:

Very close to the railway station and easy to find. Had an in house kitchen where we could order food. Rooms were clean and large.

Cons:

They didn’t have a seating area for having food.

Area around is a bit crowded but the hotel is in a side lane so not noisy .

Our stay at Hote Kusum palace Gaya December 10th 2025.
Pros:

It was very good hotel for our stay ...staff at hotel were very polite and helpful throughout our stay..Though we arrived early in the morning before normal check in time ...Thanks to the manager at the reception Mr Nishant Singh Rajput .. we were accommodated in a Room till the second room was made available .He guided us with sightseeing vehicle arrangement and also priest for performing pooja at Vishnu padh Mandir.....overall everything was great except some cigarette smell at the corridor of the room ....may be because of cigarette smoking guests staying at the hotel ..Would request they should allot rooms on floors with choice for smoker and non smoker .
Otherwise most things Great..Had a comfortable stay with family ...

Decent stay near the railway station in gaya
Pros:

The location, rooms were decent just shown in pictures, staff behaviour was good and welcoming.

Cons:

The service was poor and delayed because of Navaratri celebration in Gaya, staffs are not available but they apologised for that and it's okay.
