Cons:

Owner charged far too much for what was given.
Fan didn't help, was far too warm.
Owner accused me of leaving the gate open when it was wide open already as I was leaving.
Couldn't find anyone working there when leaving so walked out. Owner complained and was rude over text.
Would not recommend
