We are writing to file a formal complaint regarding our current stay, which was booked through Booking.com.

Unfortunately, our stay has been significantly affected by a constant noise issue. The hotel has a pump running 24 hours a day, producing loud and continuous noise directly affecting our room. As a result, we have been unable to sleep properly during our stay.

We reported the issue to the hotel immediately. The staff confirmed that they are aware of the problem but informed us that they are unable to do anything to fix it.

This level of constant noise is unacceptable and does not correspond to reasonable accommodation standards. Since the issue has made the stay unbearable, we are requesting a refund for the last 3 nights out of the 4 nights booked.

The price-quality ratio of the room is excellent. For this price, it was a very pleasant experience. We visited the hotel at a time when there had just been floods in Sri Lanka, and the staff were very helpful in providing instructions and making sure that everything was fine for us. The staff were really wonderful overall! The location is nice, on a hillside. As far as I know, there weren’t any restaurants nearby, but since we had a rental car, we could easily drive elsewhere. There is also a pool and sun loungers available.

Cons:

The bed could have been more comfortable.

Very nice staff and quick Check-in.

Cons:

It‘s not in Ella but quite far away. There is nothing in vicinity. It rained so it was quite boring.

The rooms was clean, there was hair in the shower and generally the bathroom was not a 10/10.

ruime kamer met zicht op zwembad en natuur

Cons:

het ontbijt start om 7u30. uitdrukkelijk gevraagd de avond voordien. Toen we stipt om 7u30 s'morgens in het ontbijt aankwamen was er niemand, stond nog niets klaar en was er nog niets voorbereid. Aangezien we een strak reisshema hadden zijn we een uur later pas kunnen vertrekken dan normaal gepland en hebben we het nogal slechte ontbijt moeten binnen slokken.

Supervriendelijk personeel! Vooral de jongen die goed engels sprak en hielp met van alles was echt een schatje. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf de kamer. Mooi zwembad, niet gebruikt omdat het weer wat koud en regenachtig was.

Cons:

Het ligt wat ver van alles vandaan, maar dit wisten we. Daarentegen erg rustig en midden in de mooie natuur.

Świetny hotel! Najpyszniejsze jedzenie!
Pros:

Było bardzo czysto, obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Wszyscy byli bardzo mili i uprzejmi a na największą pochwałę zasługuje kelner z restauracji o imieniu Janushan. Jedzenie było rewelacyjne, bardzo smaczne a pozycja w menu ,,Naan” zasługuje na największą pochwałę. Mieliśmy pokój z wanną i był piękny, na dole w strefie spa znajdował się basen. Polecam :)

Great location!
Pros:

Staff were amazingly helpful, especially Aditya.

Cons:

Rooms need sound proofing. We didn't sleep well due to noise from neighbouring hotel. Also, breakfast was average. Baked beans were served cold, the waffles were not fresh. Presentation was fantastic. It's not a 4 star hotel. 3 star at best. It's not really a hotel - more a bed and breakfast.

Un séjour magnifique dans un décor splendide
Pros:

Tout ! Le personnel est adorable, toujours prêt à aider, les chambres sont très confortables et tout est propre.
Le Restaurant propose divers plats qui sont très bons et surtout , il y a une vue magnifique depuis les chambres sur les plantations de thé, les collines, l’endroit est vraiment magnifique !
Il y a aussi un spa super avec de très bons soins.
Nous y avons fêté les anniversaires de papa et de ma petite sœur, le personnel a été adorable, a préparé un gâteau d’anniversaire et décoré la chambre. Ils sont vraiment adorables et toujours prêt à rendre service!
Je recommande !

Séjour magique avec un environnement magnifique et un personnel super!
Pros:

Tout ! Les lits sont très confortables, on a une vue splendide sur les plantations de thé, et la nature ( au réveil, ça fait un bien fou ! ),le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours prêt à aider, tout est propre, la nourriture est délicieuse, petit déjeuner impeccable, et le spa est super !
Thank you Isuru, Shan, Tharushi, all the others and the manager Shervi for taking so well care of us during our wonderful stay at your hotel, for organising so well my daddy and sister’s birthdays, and thank you to Aura Spa doctor for her wonderful spa treatments !

Luxor kirindi ella resort is a beautifully designed hotel -stylish, thoughtfully decorated, and visually impressive. The room facilities were also great. On the bright side,great value for money.isuru and all the staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming.The food was fresh and tasty.the food was exceptional-both breakfast and dinner were à la carte, delicious, and beautifully presented. I would rate the kitchen a solid 10/10. The staff were also kind and helpful.

A menina da receção era muito simpática e sabia bem receber quem chegava a unidade hoteleira.
Os quartos estavam limpos e eram muito confortáveis.
A comida do restaurante do hotel era variada e muito boa.
A internet funcionava impecavelmente.

Cons:

O serviço de restaurante era demorado.
Pusemos roupa a lavar na lavandaria e algumas peças encolheram e outras vieram manchadas.
Ficamos por duas noites e num dos pequenos almoços, o pão tinha um pouco de bolor na borda.
