The kind of smell when I was entering the counter made an unpleasant moment. Please inform about the extra charges which the municipal department required to customers when a booking from any online platform like booking.com, Agoda and etc.

Great for short & sweet stay!

Cozy little hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Surprisingly spacious rooms considering the cheap price. Checkout is as simple as dropping your room card into a box and just going off. Aircond actually works. Parking was plenty due to having few guests. Location was awesome, very close to the beach, and have just enough shops below to get any necessities. Free wifi. Free flow cold water from coway in the common areas. Conveniently has a mamak next door, so breakfast is easy

Cons:

Staff was very helpful, but it seems that theres only two of them doing everything they could to run the hotel. Literal 2 man army. Door lock didnt work at first and they had to replace the batteries. Hot shower was actually reversed in room 116. Red is cold and blue is hot. I wont suggest to swap the piping, but perhaps its enough to swap the red/blue indicator on the shower tap. But we had our hot showers, so apart from the initial confusion it was ok. The place was also quite loud, with doors opening and closing, etc. perhaps some padding in the door frames could reduce the sound. Toilet sink might be clogged so the water didnt run smooth. We were given complimentary stirrers but no packet drinks (weird, yes) but this is easily solvable with the 99speedmart next door, so just buy your favourite coffee yourself. They have kettles in the room and coway outside which seems redundant.
