Nous sommes parties une nuit plus tôt que prévu pour les raisons évoquées.
Pros:

La disponibilité et l’amabilité du personnel malgré leur niveau d’anglais. Le calme et la tranquillité de l’hôtel (vide). La piscine était agréable.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivées dans une chambre sale avec des araignées mortes sur les rideaux, une fourmilière dans la chambre et des excréments d’animaux sur les prises et dans les coins de la chambre.
Les petits déjeuners sont imposés et pas bons : pâtes bolognaise, sandwich ketchup, frites,… C’est compliqué dès le matin.
Tous les membres du personnel ne parlent pas bien anglais ce qui complique la communication.

Tempatnya nyaman, luas banget, banyak joglo & pendopo buat nongkrong jd ga bosen, aku pesan 1 villa & 1 deluxe/twin, muat banget buat 7 orang malah lebih, tapi so far puas bgt sama tempatnya, semua staff ramah & mindful bgt, exceptional pokoknya. Special thanks for mas bagas & terimakasih juga untuk seluruh staff pondok gajah receptionist yang bantu banget sama semua request, f&b staff yang selalu delivery breakfast ke villa, dan housekeeping staff yang rajin bgt & mindful bgt, all is exceptional

Housekeeping team lebih detail lagi buat kebersihannya terutama di dalam & luar villa, televisi mungkin bisa diperbaiki lebih lanjut buat kenyamanan saat menonton

Villa lune de miel désuète
Pros:

Juillet 2025 : nous sommes les seuls clients de cet immense hôtel. Le personnel est gentil et serviable mais villa salle (sanitaire et frigo pas propre et draps troués), piscine privée non entretenue. Villa infectée de moustiques. Restaurant qui ne peut pas assurer un service de qualité car rien n'est disponible sur le menu. C'est donc un établissement à fuir. C'est cher

Was great, could return to be great
Pros:

The personal was really helpful and tried its best to give us a great stay. The restaurant offers a lot traditional food and it tastes great. The internet is fast even though the WiFi signal only was ok.
This place surely once was a great resort but sadly it aged alot. I truly believe that it can return to its old glory if there come enough people so that they earn some money they can invest to upgrade some things.

Cons:

The bathroom remains wet, hours after showering since the water cannot escape easily, resulting in stale air. Also the spacing in the bedroom was a little odd (no complain, just something I noted).
