Lovely place in Cumbuco, little bit away from the center, which makes it a little less lively, but very very relaxed. Luca has been a great help during our stay, also the rest of the staff has been so sooo nice... thanks guys. Kitesurf spot is right in front of the pousada... does not get much better than this.

superou todas as minhas expectativas. Se vc procura um local confortável para relaxar e descansar e passar dias incríveis à beira mar este é o lugar! Do quarto à área de lazer tudo foi pensado para que o hóspede se sinta bem acolhido e bem tratado. Eles nao poupam esforços para que vc se sinta bem e tranquilo. O quarto é confortável e super limpo e cheiroso; o banheiro é um capítulo à parte, espaço e com um jardim interno que torna o banho um deleite. O garçom Denis fará de seus dias um prazer total, com um serviço discreto e atento à suas necessidades. o café da minha tem produtos frescos e tudo que vc precisa pra começar bem o dia. imagine tomar café vendo a praia?! é isso o local do café da manha e restaurante. enfim, apenas vá e nao vai se arrepender. encontrei meu refúgio em Cumbuco.

As instalações, a arquitetura e o paisagismo (jardins e piscina) são espetaculares e mais bonitos ao vivo que nas fotos do site. Cada detalhe é bem cuidado, com um bom café da manhã e refeições preparadas na hora, sob pedido. A piscina é enorme para a quantidade de quartos, o que é um ponto alto da pousada. Os quartos são compactos (falta um apoio para as malas), mas lindamente decorados. Na unidade que ficamos,
destaque para o banheiro, que se abre para um jardim e é enorme. A equipe do hotel, em geral, é muito gentil e eficiente, nota 10 mesmo. Destaque para o Luca, o gerente, que desde a reserva até o checkout mostrou-se atencioso, educado e zeloso.
O quarto é lindo, mas faltou um apoio para malas. Como é um quarto mais compacto, nossas malas ficaram pelo chão. Como a natureza é pulsante na pousada, sugiro a inclusão de um cesto de lixo reciclável no quarto e cestos de lixo em um ou outro ponto do jardim. O evaporador do ar condicionado fica do lado de fora do quarto, bem sob a janela. Como as paredes são de madeira, não isolam tão bem o barulho, que pode incomodar algumas pessoas (nada excessivo, mas pode incomodar quem tem sono leve). Não gostei também dos pernilongos a noite, tive que passar repelente para dormir (mas não sei se a pousada pode fazer algo sobre isso ou se é uma característica da região)
A pousada além de excelente é linda! Funcionários super atenciosos e dispostos a darem dicas de passeios e restaurantes. Adoramos e voltaremos mais vezes.

I liked everything about the property. The place is absolutely beautiful and clean and tidy, with super good summer vibes. Lovely breakfast, beautiful setup, great pool and leisure spaces. Luca the manager is the best. Always helpful and always there making everything work right. Giving you complete and useful information and making your stay outstanding. He got us a great buggy ride and super good massages for us. He is in every details and you can see how him being there keeps the place impecable. The posada is a small familiar place with all top services for a few people. Really remarkable. Only five beautiful rooms with an amazing garden on the beachfront. Would really recommend.
One of our rooms had issues with hot water during the stay. Unfortunately situation that needs a definite fix.
The bungalows have 2 bedrooms. They have been thought as family shared so have very little isolation between the 2. This can be an issue, separation is only given by a thin wooden wall with doors. No privacy if you have a stranger in the room next door.
The pousada is in front of the beach, it has a cozy and calm vibe. The common areas are very comfortable. There are only 5 rooms, so it is not overcrowded. The staff is extremely kind. When we arrived, we were offered a welcome drink, which we appreciated a lot. At the breakfast there were two cooks to make fresh omelettes and tapiocas and you can customise as you want. There were several fresh juices as well. The pool is very nice. The beach in front of the pousada is very calm and almost feels private. Cumbuco center is easy to reach by Uber (10 reais more or less). Over all it felt really exclusive. We would come back, even though there were some small details that could have been better.
We had a lot of red ants in the bathroom, with some bugspray it was solved. There was a few hour energy blackout. At the breakfast the first day there was no bread, there was big group that was already at the breakfast before us, possibly it was already over. I only missed some more sweet options, there was on type of cake and that was it. But it was possible to have pancakes and put Nutella on it. I missed a plain yoghurt, there was only a pink sweet yoghurt (drink?). The room had no hairdryer, TV (we didn't miss), or safe box. The hot water ran out at the last shower. We had a room that is connected to another room and a shared veranda. We didn't feel comfortable to use it, since the other room already "took" it. Also it is not very soundproof, when people were walking in the other room, it was very good to hear and even feel in our room. In the restaurant there is a limited menu (same for lunch and dinner), but everything is made fresh. But at all meals (all at the same place), there was no salt at the table and we needed to ask.
A stunning pousada, tastefully decorated—a true slice of paradise. The food was exceptional, with the tuna and guacamole being among the best I've ever tasted. The place is well-secured, and the staff is incredibly responsive. A special thanks to Luca, who made our stay even more enjoyable with his valuable advice and swift assistance.
There was a strange light on the ceiling of our bedroom that only appeared at night, giving it a phosphorescent glow. We were a bit concerned at first, but after speaking with the staff, they came to check it with us. It turned out there was nothing to worry about, as nothing unusual was found under the roof.
Amazing hotel. The decorations are out of this world. Every single detail of the rooms has been carefully picked.

and taking care about the moon of rancho and about your good feeing
necessity of personal telephone contact with the guard of building or the manager in which need of entrances to the building, which, by the way, always was possible , so not bothering you a lot but making you stay maybe more secure.
could be great if you could have option of eating anything in the afternoon but there were the restaurants and bars close to rancho, so its only suggestion.
