Nice place with excellent restaurant and wait staff.
Pros:

Only problem was multiple flights of stairs to upstairs porch, sun court and pool and bar.

Cons:

steep stairs with limited handrails

Pros:

We stayed for 6 nights in 'Kiwi' in mid-Feb. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, & very clean. It's a stone's throw from Zicatela, and you can walk to La Punta in about 20 mins. The food/smoothies at the hotel cafe are tasty. The staff team are delightful. Our room was substantial, comfy bed, great WiFi and A/C, and a lovely small outside area with a plunge pool.

It's a very small hotel so it's not like staying at a big place with a reception etc, it's a bit more like a guest house. Everyone is friendly and lovely, and we found the other guests to be quiet and chill, but just a heads up.

Cons:

There is substantial, ongoing construction directly outside the hotel, which is out of their control but produces noise, dirt and disruption, especially if using the outside areas. If you're a light sleeper, it might not be the best location, but if you're an early riser and plan to be out exploring, you should be ok. We also felt our room was a bit worn out despite the hotel being new.

We had some other issues which we fed back to hotel management who were responsive and supportive and we understand they have plans to improve the overall guest experience in the future.

Relaxing stay
Pros:

I loved Casa Badu. It is located right next to the beach, it was clean, everyone was super nice to us. It was just what we were looking for!

Cons:

Not a lot of eating spots within walking distance, but we rented a scooter and had no problem.

J’ai adoré et je reviendrai.
Pros:

J’ai adoré l’esprit de la maison, le design, la sobriété des chambres avec un lit hyper confortable, un rooftop avec une vue sublime et la Casa del surfer super pour le petit déjeuner et déjeuner.

Pros:

Fint och modernt boende, gillade verkligen stilen och inredningen på hotellet. Vi hade rummet med egen pool, rekommenderas!

Cons:

Hotellet ligger mitt i ett område som är under total uppbyggnad, mycket oljud på dagarna pga detta.

Une adresse qui pourrait être magique !
Pros:

L'accueil de Baile, très attentionné avec toutes les explications de trajets demandées.
Le style architectural , moderne, et intime de l'hôtel
Le petit déjeuner superbe, frais, des cakes à tomber, et la vue sur la mer
Sur la plage le matin, les bébés tortues, à protéger des prédateurs.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas eu la chance d'une chambre avec terrasse, et la notre au rez de chaussée ne comportait qu'une ouverture. Alors qu'on était non loin de la plage, c'était assez déprimant, compte tenu du montant de 150 €.
Le quartier est en pleine construction !!

Súper recomendado
Pros:

El cuarto muy espacioso, limpio y con AC que ayuda mucho cuando hace demasiado calor, un plus fue el mini refri, estufa y licuadora. La atención al clientes es muy buena. 100% recomendado.
La playa está caminando de ahí no se puede nadar ya que es más abierto, pero casi siempre está sola lo cual está muy agusto para nomas irte a relajar

Cons:

Estamos conscientes que esto está fuera de las manos de cada Badu, pero la casa de aún lado tiene un gallo que TODAS las mañanas cantaba por más de una hora, desde las 5-6 de la mañana
