the location was absolutely amazing—very close to the station and Hyde Park.
Pros:

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Paddington train/metro station, making it super convenient.

Cons:

We traveled as a party of 2 and encountered a couple of issues during our stay. Although the bed was a double, we prefer having two separate blankets. We requested a second one, but were told it was not available, so we had to share. Additionally, the bathroom sink was clogged and the water wouldn't drain. I asked to have it fixed and received a message the next day saying it was resolved, but unfortunately, nothing had changed and the water continued to stand in the sink. Communication was quick, but the maintenance issue wasn't actually fixed.

Chambre d’hôtel propre personnel au top établissement parfaitement situé !
Pros:

Établissement très bien situé dans Londres. Le personnel de l’hôtel est professionnel, accueillant, et réactif !
Notre chambre a subit un dégâts des eaux avant notre arrivée, l’hôtel nous a donc donner une autre chambre AU CHOIX ! donc tout etait parfait.

Znośny hotel w dobrej lokalizacji
Pros:

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Niedaleko metro, 1 strefa, w bliskiej okolicy restauracje i sklep

Cons:

Pokój dosyć zapuszczony. Kurz, na oknach pleśń. Klimatyzacja była uszkodzona - potrafiła sama się włączyć i wydawać niesamowity hałas. Obsuga dwa razy próbowała to naprawić, bezskutecznie. Pomogło wyłączenie bezpiecznika. Mój pokój znajdował się na 3 piętrze bez windy. Schody strome i bardzo wąskie - nie dla osób z problemami z poruszaniem się

Pros:

Localização é muiti boa. Na estação de Paddington tem trens para toda a Inglaterra, metrô e onibus para aeroportos no terraço. Há varias lojas e um shopping.

Cons:

Há bolor na parede pois nao tem ventilação. Colchão muito mole e TV não pega nenhum canal.
