Situación. Limpieza.
Había manchas de humedad en el techo y las ventanas.
O quarto era confortável, tinha duas camas grandes, o quarto era grande ficava numa área muito boa, com metro mesmo ao lado, muitos restaurantes perto e lojas. No nosso primeiro dia não vieram trocar as toalhas nem limpar o quarto, mas nas noites seguintes sim. os senhores da receção eram muito simpáticos, deixaram meter as malas no quarto antes do checkin e deixaram sair 30 min mais tarde. Gostei bastante no geral, a localização era o melhor ponto.
As cortinas não fechavam direito, a casa de banho era pequena, o lavatório estava sempre a entupir e ficava muita água. A única coisa que deixou mesmo a desejar era a limpeza do quarto, e a casa de banho, de resto tinha boas condições.
Close and accessible location to Paddington station.
We had a mold problem in our room on the second floor. However after requesting they switched us to a mold free floor on ground level.
A localização era excelente. Tivemos um upgrade no quarto e ficamos no familiar e tinha bastante espaço. Os funcionários sempre muito prestáveis.
Não tinha elevador e as escadas eram bastante estreitas.

The mattress was broken and I was literally sinking there’s was a huge hole in the middle! This is unbelievable and unacceptable it was better to sleep in the floor. There was visible dust in the cupboards, the shower door was broken and the toilet tank was not working properly.
La zona estaba bien comunicada para coger trenes y autobuses y habian varios establecimientos para hacer ocio.
La habitación olía a humedad, el colchón incomodo de muelles y viejo, ubicado en una planta sotano sin ventilación, solo habia 1 ventana que daba a un patio de 0.5m2 y no estaba del todo limpio.

The staff were very nice and friendly.
The room was not at all good enough to be inhabited by guests. The room was very basic, which is ok but the bed was so uncomfortable. The mattress felt like it was just a load of springs chucked together in all directions and it bowed in the middle. The sheets were stained with red marks and there was someone else’s hair on them! The door for the bathroom didn’t stay shut. It was a sliding door but as you sat on the toilet, it would slowly slide open unless you held it shut. And there was no lock on it. I didn’t bother trying the shower as I just felt dirty in this hotel. The floor didn’t seem to be clean either…it felt like there were bits all over it.
