Pokoj byl příjemný, strávily jsme zde pouze noc. Ocenily jsme, že jsme mohly zanechat zavazadla zadarmo v hotelu a toula

Pros:

Ubicación excelente, con opciones de restauración a un paso, Hyde Park y la estación de Paddington al lado,
posibilidad de dejar las maletas antes del check in y después del check out

Cons:

No sé si era un problema puntual pero la ducha tenía limitada el agua caliente, creemos que solo si se tocaba la alcachofa de la ducha

The staff was helpful very cordial.

Cons:

No air conditioning in family suite. Also for elderly didn't know the suite was on top floor very difficult for over 65 to get suitcases up to room. But staff brought up for us and down when left. Staff was great. Would not recommend for elderly to book the family suite.

Me gustó que está cerca de Hyde park y cerca de la estación de Paddington.

Cons:

Nos dieron la habitación del último piso y no había ascensor en el alojamiento, había un poco de polvo en los muebles y del lado de la cama que yo dormí no funcionaba el conector. Creo que lo peor parte de este verano es que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba.

Disappointed by the amount of mould everywhere in the room.
