Bem localizado, funcionários atenciosos, confortável, amplo, limpo, bom wi-fi, tv com muitos canais disponíveis. O hotel estava em reformas, mas fui avisada com antecedência.

Cons:

Não havia água quente no chuveiro, mas avisei a recepção e em seguida um funcionário veio resolver o problema. Faltou uma lâmpada de cabeceira para leitura.

Gostei muito da localização e vista do local.

Cons:

Na recepção cheguei às 13 horas e atendente disse que meu check-in seria após a camareira finalizar a limpeza e após fiquei aguardando por 1 hora e meia aproximadamente, ao passar por mim ela me questionou o quê eu estava aguardando....Não se recordando o quê havia me falado antes.

Pros:

O quarto atende ao preço praticado, visto localização, comidades e demais itens.

Cons:

A TV com poucos canais, a internet sem conectar uma vez que a senha não estava em conformidade com a constante no modem. Além disso o atendimento da recepção é horrível, não dão orientações e o estacionamento pago do prédio tem acesso horrível ao rol de entrada, apenas por escada sem qualquer sinalização, sendo que no momento de contratar a vaga a parte, não é fornecida nenhuma informação. Prédio sem qualquer sinalização em suas áreas para orientar.
