Рекомендую этот отель, где хорошую обстановку создают сотрудники, которые встречают на рецепшине!
Pros:

Чистые, тёплые, комфортные номера. Доброжелательный персонал на рецепшине. Особая благодарность, украинским девочкам и ребятам сотрудникам, которые помогали во всем, это очень ценно.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war super, sehr guter Ausgangspunkt zum Stadt erkunden und einkaufen !
Neuss ist eine sehr schöne Stadt.

Cons:

Leider kein Frühstück direkt im Hotel.
Frühstücksbuffet wäre mir lieber gewesen.
Nur 1 Kaffee oder Saft zum Frühstück.

Personal immer draussen am Rauchen. Hat unser Anliegen NICHT angenommen und ausgeführt. Reception und Flure sehr dreckig, im Treppenhaus hingen Kabel aus der Decke und standen Gegenstände rum. Die Zimmer waren, naja vordergründig "sauber". Unser Bad war eiskalt, da die Heizung abgestellt. Im Zimmer roch es sehr streng. Das Hotel wird offensichtlich umgebaut. Der Lift wurde auch von den Bauleuten mit Material genutzt
Wir haben uns eine andere Bleibe gesucht.

In diesem Hotel war ich angenehm überrascht.
Das hatte ich so nicht erwartet, zumal dies eine Notlösung war. Ich hatte nämlich 2 Stunden zuvor meine eigentlich gebuchte Unterkunft verlassen (müssen).
Eine Bewertung bzw. Schilderung diesbezüglich hatte ich gestern schon verfasst.
Es wäre nett bzw, nur rechtens, wenn mir der Betrag der ersten gebuchten Unterkunft nicht in Rechnung gestellt würde.

Cons:

Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden.
Obwohl zwischen erster und zweiter "Unterkunft" nur eine Preisdifferenz von ca. 8 € beträgt, lagen Welten dazwischen.
