Die Lage

Cons:

Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Bildern, Personal hat uns ständig weggeschickt, weil nicht verstanden wurde, dass wir Hotelgäste sind. Wir waren enttäuscht.

Pros:

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése. Mindenhez közel, de mégis csendes. A teraszos apartmanból csodalatos a kilátás a Boszporuszra. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Ha visszamegyünk, csakis ezt a szállást választjuk.

Emplacement idéal et vue imprenable

Cons:

Odeur tabac très marquée nécessitant l achat de déodorant. Papier peint et plinthes décollés.
Équipement très sommaire : pas de lampes de chevet mais un plafonnier à la lumière blanche. Rien pour accrocher ses serviettes de toilette. Terrasse partagée dont le calme dépend de la discrétion du voisin. Si on arrive un dimanche, personne pour vous accueillir, pas d instruction avant l arrivée.

Big and comfy room but be wary of lack of customer service
Pros:

Big room with comfy bed and nice large bathroom.

Cons:

Staff not helpful with little to no customer service. Upon arrival, no greetings or information about the property or area. Just asked for the passports and gave us the key.

We also asked if we could keep our luggages in reception after checkout since our flight was in the evening. The worker wasn’t there at the time so I called to ask. We got no help or any indication that he cared - just a “I cannot help you. I am not there.”

С удовольствием порекомендую этот отель своим знакомым.
Pros:

Отель с отличным местоположением: не нужно высоко подниматься по стамбульским холмам, рядом Галатская башня, неподалеку остановка трамвая Т1, на котором можно добраться до всех основных достопримечательностей, добраться из/до аэропорта можно на метро, до которого пешком идти ~10 минут. До причала Каракёй идти пешком около 15-20 минут. Неподалеку много кафе и ресторанов.

Сам отель прекрасно подошел для проживания вдвоем в отпуске, чистые номера, есть все необходимое, wi-fi, персонал приветливый. За 9 дней нам дважды меняли полотенца и убирались в номере. Предоставляется вода, чайные пакетики. В номере был чайник и холодильник. Не шумно, окна выходят не на дорогу. Есть лифт, что редко для Стамбула.

Cons:

Для заселения было необходимо позвонить администратору, для этого хорошо иметь турецкий номер или e-sim, включающую звонки.
Плитку в душевой необходимо очистить.

Beautiful ceiling made of wood and steel
Staff was friendly. 24/7 reception, easy check in

Not very clean, especially in shower area
Mattress and pillow if very poor quality
