Pros:

We were treated horribly by staff

Cons:

We made a booking. Went to the premise and was told that there’s no room booked under booking.com.

And we would need to call customer service to cancel it. Nothing to do with them!

Cheap, comfortable, good location for the terminal
Pros:

As the name suggests it is only 500 meters to the bus terminal. Not so many food options around, but you will get some noodles and a good cafe is very close as well. Little grocery store close by.
Bed was super comfortable. Shower (cold water only) worked fine though the bathroom is really small (and run down).
AC worked perfectly. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.
For the price you pay it is really good.

Cons:

The sink in the room did not work (no water coming out).
Gets a bit of traffic noise (depends on the room you get, I guess).
Wifi only really worked on the sofa at the lobby.
