Just okay
Pros:

Big, Comfy bed.

Cons:

I requested an early check-in of 1 hour and was told it would cost me $20. Never seen that before with any of the bookings that I've used. Also, never did see a staff member. I understand it's a new property and there will be a learning curve.

Overall a pretty nice stay.
Pros:

Location was very close to Kings Canyon.
The Owner's friends ran the Lodge and are very nice people. Very helpful and accommodating.
They also made Pizza for Dinner (as per order) ... Simple living. Not too fancy at all

Cons:

The Pool area was closed.

Very welcoming owners, clean room and the location was beautiful.
Pros:

Super cute little place in the woods. We arrived later than expected and were greeted by the owners who were very friendly and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. It's an older place, but well maintained and peaceful. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to the area.

Lugar muy agradable y trato familiar
Pros:

Trato muy agradable, intentan hacerte la estancia fácil y cómoda. Cuidan los detalles. Instalaciones adecuadas, tienen pendiente poner en marcha la piscina y arreglar un poco el jardín. Entorno natural agradable.

Cons:

Precio algo elevado, por estar cerca del Parque Nacional Sequoia

Good stay super close to the canyon
Pros:

great location to Kings Canyon meant we could sleep in our first night and then do the 30min drive to the park. Hosts were really nice. easily accommodated 6 people with no issues.

Cons:

cars were driving around at night as other visitors had very late arrivals, the local town has very limited food options close to the accommodation would recommend to prepare for that if arriving late

The stay exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

Location was really nice, very tranquil. Email communication from the owner was excellent. Check in and out was super easy. Room was really nice and could have slept 4. Bathroom was really nice and shower was the best I have had for as long as I can remember. Owners have big plans for the place and have pool renovations yet to complete. They have done very well in one of year of opening. This place was really good, and I have no doubt will just keep getting better. Well done owners.

Unwind off the beaten path
Pros:

This is a nice place to stop in the hills before entering the National Parks and pine forest. It is relatively affordable, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is a short hike up the hill behind the lodge to a wide rock area that was a nice spot to enjoy nature and unwind. The lodge offers Pizza or there is a cool bar/ grill down the road. The staff is very friendly and kind!

Cozy and comfortable room near the Sequoia and Kingd Canyon national parks
Pros:

Everything was clean and good order. Mini-fridge, water heater, and ability to order pizza (although) we did not. Very cozy and easy driving distance of the National Parks.

Cons:

Pool isn't working yet. No TV, although with devices nowadays, not a deal-breaker.

Failed motel try to be overpriced with zero value.
Pros:

Not much

Cons:

No hot water. Pool is green and not available. Room was hot and hard to cool down with no a/c. No privacy. Freeze dried coffee. Location was horrible.
