When going back to Cebu, I would book again.
Pros:

Everything was pretty clean and the atmosphere was quite pleasant and quiet.

Cons:

I would suggest a paint touch up around the frame of the door outside of the apartment. When about to open the door, the door frame near the door handle is very noticeable. First impressions can make a world of difference.

Second, I would suggest a new non-stick frying pan and perhaps a note to future patrons to use the utensils on the counter to not scratch the pan surface.

Third, a new bar of soap for each new patron is not very expensive. People are often squeamish about using something so "personal" that others have used.

Disappointing
Pros:

Grocery and laundry shops, cafe and pharmacy are close by.
The room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

The bed was too small for us ~ double bed
There's sewage smell in the bathroom. There may be a problem with the sewer line in that level (6th floor).

Wonderful stay! Great location, fully equipped room, fast WiFi, and relaxing massage just downstairs. Highly recommended

My stay at the studio was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect — peaceful and convenient. If you're looking to relax, the massage service on the ground floor is a great bonus. The room had everything I needed, and the fast WiFi was a big plus. I highly recommend this place!
