I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the city. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the room is comfortable and relaxing. All the room facilities were working perfectly, including the air conditioning.

I also appreciated that the bathroom includes a Muslim shower, which is a great convenience. Having the SAS supermarket nearby was another big advantage, making it easy to buy anything we needed during our stay.

Although there was no iron in the room initially, the staff arranged one for us very quickly, which showed their willingness to help and provide good service.

Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The positives far outweigh the minor issues, and I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

There are only a few small areas that could be improved. The sunlight coming through the windows is quite strong, so darker or blackout curtains would make the rooms even more comfortable. The bathroom could also benefit from some maintenance, as there was a small leak. Installing a vertical shower cabin instead of the current setup and improving the water pressure would further enhance the guest experience. It would also be helpful to provide more clothes hangers in the wardrobe, as the current number is quite limited.

Дружелюбные отношение персонала

Cons:

Окно в номере выходил на улицу. Было очень шумно и днём и ночью.
На окнах были только жалюзи ( не было тёмных штор),от чего было очень светло и невозможно нормально поспать.

Pros:

L'albergo si trova a venti minuti a piedi dal centro. In Armenia ci sono pochi ristoranti. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è qualcosa ma non molto. Lo staff è molto cordiale. La struttura è molto pulita. La colazione è buona e varia. Al bar dell'albergo si è accolti dall'addetto con molta cordialità. E' un quattro stelle, ma i servizi sono pari a quello che paghi. Sono rimasto soddisfatto dal rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

In Armenia non hanno ancora una grande cultura per il turismo. Posto che ci sono pochissimi bar nei quali puoi fare colazione simili a quelli che abbiamo in Italia, avendo prenotato le escursioni anche per le 08.00, sono dovuto uscire dall'hotel alle 07.30. Purtroppo non tengono conto che gli orari dei turisti non sono quelli dell'armeno medio. Non è ammissibile che la somministrazione della colazione inizi alle ore 08.30. Su questo particolare, con la simpatia che meritano, gli chiedo di modificare.

Pros:

The location was great, with a large supermarket nearby, and it was easy to walk to the city center. I also liked the breakfast.

Cons:

There is a bar on the ground floor that sometimes stays open until midnight. There is no buffer or hallway between the rooms and the stairs/elevator, so you can hear every time someone uses the lift or walks by. The music from the bar is also very loud at night.

Сотрудники на ресепшен и на завтраке для меня оказались единственным плюсом в отеле

Местоположение непонятно где. Кондиционер так шумел , что спать было невозможно, без него жарко, пульта нет, управление на стене. Маленький через чур номер и микроскопическая ванная комната. Дверь на балкон не открывалась. Слышно все: от смыва туалета до разговора в соседних номерах. 6 тысяч этот номер не должен стоить абсолютно. 3 т рублей его красная цена. Мне не понравилось, я не вернулась бы снова. Восторженные отзывы спутали, и откуда восторг тоже не ясно
