Поселили в номере с окном на чёрную лестницу, до 00.00 громко играла музыка, окно плохо закрывалось и открывалось.

Convenient hotel with very friendly attentive staff
Pros:

The staff are polite, friendly and attentive, representing the perfect hospitality! The hotel is located close to center, also convenient to walk to food court and shopping malls. Good breakfast, room with bath tub, nice lobby to relax while waiting for my taxi pick up. I recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The room is quite warm as the central heating is set to high temperature. I had the window open to sleep and slept very well.

Хорошее место расположения, рядом отличный фуд корт, и супермаркет.Приятный персонал,улыбчивый. Хороший завтрак, разнообразный. В номере очень тепло и даже жарко. Есть халаты, тапочки, шампуни, гели, зуб принадлежности.

Не когда не писала отзывы, т.к мне всегда нравиться всё! И даже когда не очень, я нахожу только плюсы. Но тут......
Начну с начала мы жили на 7м этаже, семейный номер.
1. В номере окна или на крыше, или на полу, т.е они есть по факту, но толку от них нет. Нет вида, т.к в них надо смотреть лежа на полу или стоя на стуле и то,если рост у тебя выше 180 см
2. Протекает ванна, сильно, очень сильно!!!!!! Ложили много полотенец, что бы не убиться самим или не дай Бог дети не упали.
Очень скользко. Один вечер, мне пришлось выжимать все 4 полотенца, т.к был потоп. Когда мы сказали,что такая беда, нам сказали они знают, и сделают потом))))))
3. Вечером в баре на -1 этаже курят, и все это по вентиляции поднимается даже на 7й этаж. Ужасно. Вонь такая, как будто курят у вас в номере. (При заезде говорят, что в отеле не курят)
4. Самое не приятное!!!!
Пришло время нам уезжать. Мы сдаем номер, и нам говорят вы пользовались мини баром. Мы говорим нет, даже не открывали этот холодильник, т.к есть на кухонной зоне большой, хороший холодильник. Нам говорят, сейчас выясним.
Мы ждём, мы же знаем, что мы не брали ничего(руку на отсечение даю)
Девушка начинает звать менеджера, потом звонить еще каму то, потом главному менеджеру. Потом менеджер начал созваниваться с менеджером. Итог, нет вы пили из бара, это было 100%
Мы говорим, нет(дело принципа)
И когда мы уже думаем, ладно заплатим, за других, а то на самолет опоздаем. Нам эта милая девушка, сказала, пусть на вашей совести будет, и начала повышая голос говорить уходите, уходите)))))))) и нас выпроводили)))) сказать, что мы были в шоке, ничего не сказать.
Если честно, это всё очень испортило отдых. Ереван шикарен, еда супер, красиво на экскурсиях.
Но совет, если вы все таки остановитесь в этом отеле, фоткайте мини бар каждый день, что бы Вас как и нас не оболгали.
В целом т.к мы люди позитивные, ищем только шикарные плюсы. Но это нас очень обескуражило.

breakfast was good, location was good 15-20 min walk to Republic square

staff were watching the guests all the time , one day when I was about to exit to buy something outside ,the doorman asked me are you checking out ?!!
The woman who managing the breakfast monitoring the guests all the time and looks stressed out ! at last night of stay reception asked me are you checking out tomorrow!? what is your room number? the checking out is a 12 !
the room was noisy and I was hearing strange loud voice from the hall and other neighboring rooms, the bathroom voice from next door easily can be heard!
