Todo bien hastaaa....
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, una colonia muy céntrica muy tranquila, muchos lugares para comer. La privacidad tambien del hotel. El personal muy amable. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y limpias.

Cons:

Al final hicimos check out en la madrugada teníamos el vuelo y estábamos cansados y nos cobraron injustamente 500 pesos por una mancha vieja en una colcha la cual habían tendido asi cuando hicieron las camas, mi error fue no haberla reportado a recepción. Y el aire acondicionado le hacía falta servicio, no enfriaba nada. Y estaba haciendo mucho calor en la ciudad, se sentía muy húmedo.

El acceso a la cafeteria y la calidad de los alimentos son excelentes.
El estacionamiento es un excelente servicio.
El personal es atento y amable.

Cons:

Debiera tener ventilacion o aire acondicionado.
Estan las tazas pero no el cafe.
La habitacion no tenia aire acondicionado ni ventilacion, en un momento el calor era importante y no se renueva el aire.

Delightful.
Pros:

The staff could not have been more accommodating. Due to matters beyond their control, we had no lights for a bit and the elevator was not operating. The staff not only carried our bags to the third floor for us but offered to move us to a first-floor room. They then moved our bags again from the third to first floor. Everyone was most pleasant for the duration of the entire stay. In addition, the restaurant staff was wonderful and delightful to interact with. Our only complaint is that the chairs in the room are extremely uncomfortable. A minor detail to be sure, given all the plusses and first-rate service. We were always greeted with a pleasant smile and made to feel welcome and at home.! Great job!

Love the neighborhood and coffee shop but probably wouldn’t stay here again. It was affordable and conveniently located!
Pros:

The location was excellent. It was a short walk to anywhere or a cheap uber ride.

Cons:

The balcony was “inside” facing inside the hotel. There was no AC so you had to open the sliding door. The issue was that at 5:30am every morning the front desk started talking and laughing so loud for hours. You also have to ring a doorbell to get into the property and this was rang all night long. Since there’s no AC you have to leave the sliding door open and be woken up every morning at 5:30am and get eaten by mosquitos.
