Luxurious with beautiful scenery. A must stay.
Pros:

Loved everything about it! From the amazing scenery to luxurious bed and room. Plunge pool was so clean and the outdoor area looked out onto a beautiful bay. Very quiet, very spacious villa with good air con. His and hers sink was a lovely surprise.

Beautiful property needs improvements in the kitchen.

Beautiful scenery! A nice private pool.

Cons:

My sheet had stains when I got here and I asked to change them 2 times and nobody ever did. The restaurant food wasn’t great besides the Indonesian dishes. Caesar salad was awful.

Pros:

I stayed with my girlfriend, we really loved the place. Room is very clean, the view is great and the swimming pool is very clean and pleasant. Also some space for suntanning. Room service very good.

Lovely stay, view is unmatched!
Pros:

• The view is absolutely unmatched. Five star and watched for hours.
• The bed was excellent and very comfortable. We slept well.
• Staff were consistently warm, friendly and welcoming.
• The design of the bungalows is beautiful, and we loved the artwork. You can really feel the children’s laughter and energy in the pictures.
• WiFi was strong and easy to access.
• Renting a scooter was very easy, and we were pleasantly surprised by how smooth and well-paved the roads are in Lombok. We felt very safe riding with minimal traffic.
• The double sink and interior layout was well thought out
• The resident cat completely won us over despite us not being cat people.
• The pool area is well thought out with beanbags, a lounge chair and a table and chairs. We loved having different ways to enjoy the view.

Cons:

• It would help to let guests know that room service needs to be requested via WhatsApp before leaving for the day. With bugs around, the room can get dusty quickly. Once we knew to request ahead, the cleaning was excellent.
• The toilet seat had a lingering smell and was the only part of the room that felt below the otherwise high standard.
- We are big foodies living in Singapore & will often go after local food. The local dishes on the menu were higher priced than we usually expect in Indo & the portion size was a little small for the higher price. Because of this, we ate out more than planned in Kuta and neighbouring hotels. In the end, upsizing the portions helped and the food was tasty nonetheless.

Overall, we loved many aspects of our stay at Lobsterbay and would recommend it.

Sehr schöne Lage aber auch weit vom Schuss ab. Aussicht ist traumhaft

Cons:

Das Bett war sehr wacklig und knarzte. Beim umdrehen laute Geräusche. Der Pool war nicht sauber er wurde zwar von Blättern gereinigt aber nach dem Baden waren Bikini und Badehose komplett bräunlich verfärbt welches sich nicht mehr auswaschen ließ. Restaurant ist gut aber zu teuer für die Leistung/Qualität

Por unos recuerdos inmejorables

Las vistas del hotel son aon increíbles, pero lo que más nos gustó fue la calidez de quienes hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera tan buena. Todas las personas trabajando ahí son muy buenas personas. Un especial agradecimiento a Joe que hizo que todo fuera aún mejor.

Schönes Hotel mit kleineren Schwächen

Schöner Ausblick, toller Pool. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten, was uns natürlich sehr gefreut hat.

Cons:

Das Englisch der Mitarbeitenden im Restaurant ist teilweise nicht sehr gut, was manchmal zu Missverständnissen geführt hat. Die Unterkünfte bestehen aus schönen, aber einfachen Holzhäusern, in welche leicht Insekten gelangen. Insektenschutzgitter im Badezimmer wären hilfreich. In einem Zimmer gab es akuten Termitenbefall, welcher aber nach unserem Hinweis direkt beseitigt wurde. Bei dem relativ hohen Zimmerpreis halten wir das für erwähnenswert.
