I come to Galway often and this will be where I stay everytime
Pros:

Absolutely everything. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The room was so comfy. The shower was powerful. The location is the best in the city. I’ve already booked by next stay. And booked a stay for my sister also

Great location, but little sleep
Pros:

Location was fantastic, very central to everything. Staff where friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Room was on ground floor at rear of building with air con units right outside window. Was like trying to sleep in an engine room of a ship. Early plugs were provided in the room but were of little help with the noise.

Overall, a great value -- but you need to be aware of the noise potential if you book here.
Pros:

Location is fantastic; right in the heart of the bustling Latin Quarter and its pubs and shops and restaurants. The hotel is cute, a little townhouse on a pedestrian only street. Rory at the front desk is AMAZING -- gave us local tips, answered all our questions, and was so kind and professional! There is no onsite parking, but a garage only a few steps away gives a significant discount to hotel guests.

Cons:

The street where the hotel is located is quite noisy at night. Our room was at the back and on the ground floor, so it was not as affected by the noise as an upper front room might be. However, there was a high-pitched whine and a rumbling sound all night long due to the HVAC system and it proved to be really, really annoying and kept us awake. It felt like extreme ringing of the ears constantly with no respite.

Pros:

Loved the duplex perfect for what we needed. It is close to a busy bar but we didn’t mind, ear plug where provided. Very central too

Pros:

Location was great, super cozy, warm room.

Cons:

The mattress was a bit hard for my taste, but I've had a lot worse, and I just prefer softer ones. Still slept quite well though.
