Room facility - like for AC cooling we complain twice, still staff was telling us AC is good and we had to beg to change room.

Manager misbehaved and charged additional rs 800/. With rider that you have cancelled based on mail that lift is not working as my booking through you .

Located centrally not very far from airport (9 km). Staff was very helpful when I called them as parking was not available at that time . Food was tasty, fresh and moderately priced.
No private parking available, bathroom sink was blocked , shower curtains old and discoloured, only 1 charging point available in room.
