Pros:

Sehr sauber, gute Lage, nette Gastgeber

Cons:

Extrem hellhörig und laut. Man hört das Familienleben, den lauten Fernseher, das Schnarchen aus dem Nachbarzimmer.
Der Lichtschalter für die Zimmerbeleuchtung ist außen. Man muss also hinaus in den Gemeinschaftsbereich, um das Licht ein und auszuschalten.
Das Fenster geht auf einen winzigen Luftschacht hinaus, auf dessen gegenüber liegenden Seite sich das Bad der Familie befindet, dessen Fenster immer offen ist.
Wenn man dann noch die Zimmergröße bedenkt, ist der Preis absolut überzogen.
