There is nothing to like about this property ,there is this guy Hanan chapri he is just sitting there to cheat people , please do not book this property the images that are being displayed are not what they will give you. You will think you will have an amazing time but they will just ruin everything for you. I ended up leaving from here and booking somewhere else ;oh and the advance Hanan chapri took never returned it.

Excellent experience with the Heritage group of houseboats Dal Lake Sri Nagar ,
The way they handle guests is truly outstanding — very professional, warm, and caring. The food was absolutely Nice. Every dish, whether at breakfast or dinner, was delicious and perfectly prepared. Quality and taste were excellent throughout our stay.
What impressed us the most is that they provided such high-quality service and food at very reasonable prices. We were treated extremely well by the Heritage of Houseboats team.
Overall, a wonderful houseboat with great hospitality. Highly recommended!
