Pros:

Emplacement idéal au coeur de la médina. La vue depuis la terrasse supérieure (rooftop) est magique.
Personnel très bienveillant en particulier JULIA qui nous a accueilli dès notre arrivée.
Le petit déjeuner (compris dans notre réservation) est proposé soit sur le rooftop ou le restaurant tout à côté. Plusieurs formules au choix. Très bon café expresso et jus d'orange frais entrée autre.

Cons:

La salle de bain : pratiquement pas d'eau chaude pour la douche. Le pommeau de douche devrait être remplacé (tartre). Le distributeur de savon (vide) au dessus du minuscule lavabo devrait être déplacés (risque de se cogner la tête). Les remontées d'odeur des canalisations se sentent dans la chambre malgré le soin de fermer la porte.
Le WIFI ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre (dernier étage). Il a fallu descendre au rez-de-chaussée (réception) pour avoir la connexion.

JUST WOW, the best staying and view in Chefchaouen!

Humedad en la ropa de cama
Pros:

La ubicación del sitio, cerca de la plaza.

Cons:

El baño no es privado aunque lo ponía en la descripción. Estaba sucio y sin papel higiénico. Las colchas tenían hongos y las sábanas olían a humedad. No había personal en el hotel el domingo para darnos el desayuno.

Très beau rooftop avec une vue incroyable. les deux douches cool. Le personnel est très sympathique mais pas très présent car ils ont un restaurant à quelques pas de l'hôtel. Un petit déjeuner incroyable.

Cons:

Pas de lumière sur la terrasse la nuit.

Hôtel vraiment nul mais une belle vu incroyable

J’ai aimé la proximité avec les centres d’intérêts, la terrasse qui donne une belles vu incroyable

Cons:

La salle de bain sentent l ammoniaque, accueil partiel de la personne qui gère le site , j’avais des pétit déjeuner compris que j’ai jamais vu . Obligé d’aller dans un café pour le payer avec mon argents .

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Very convenient position close to the centre of the medina. Our room had a bedroom nice and sitting area, the bathroom was very small (like a camper van bathroom) fine for us but wouldn’t necessarily suit everyone. It was very cold enemy we were there and the owner gave us a heater which was needed. Because of the weather breakfast was at a nearby cafe which was very good.

Great location and very friendly staff, but stay is very uncomfortable

Great location, great staff and great Terrace view.

Cons:

stay itself is not what I would do again. rooms have no heat … we were super cold all night. The size of bathrooms is a joke. In one you almost have to sit on the toilet seat to take shower bath. On the other room bath you are standing right next to the toilet seat. No soap dispenser. Our third room had common bath rooms… check for that too….

Great location, the first time was a wee bit hard to find my location but was ok after that, The Staff were great very help full, The breakfast was served next door it was great, You can eat and drink on the rooftop and a great view, Great historic town all blue, ( The Blue Pearl ), Lots of tourist attraction near by, lots of shops and places to eat and drink,
