Friendly guys Mr. Omar and Mohammad and can speak English. Hotel is Very near to the Haram, a few meters to Gate 310. Can get fast food in a few steps towards Masjid Al Ghammama on the way to Masjid Al Nabawi

Everything. Poor management, excessive online booking and on the spot they refused to give booked room instead of it they give to walk in customers for extra money. They have a very rude manager to deal with customers. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I did not like this option as after confirmation they have changed the hotel and refused that all rooms are full

Cons:

I sent msg for confirmation and after confirmation when I reached there the hotel staff said there.is no room available and they have arr aged in another branch.

at 1st it was difficult for us to reach the hotel location. bcoz of the google map instruction as well. otherwise it was a nice stay for us.

Pros:

Nothing, the worse place to stay at. The rooms are very small. The information and images given on Booking.com are not accurate. Very poor hygiene. Staff does not understand a word of english. Do not waste your money. Most visitors had issues with their rooms.

Cons:

The only good thing in the location apart from that its very poor hygiene, rooms are very small, no room for baggage.
