Pros:

-Wifi good
-Location good
-Fast reply on booking.com messages from the host

Cons:

-I was asked identity documents on a fishy email address (13138131662@163.com)
-Water leakage in the shower and kitchen + very noisy
-There is no bathroom basically (no tap, we have to use the one in the kitchen to brush)
-Not very well cleaned (hairs in shower, kettle disgusting, table so dirty that it sticks when you touch it...)
-AC very noisy (especially the one in the toilets)
- Evacuation of water in shower very bad
- Mattress very soft and old and the bed is falling apart
- Smell of smoke in my room and corridor due to other people smoking in the building, about 4 times a day
- The only mirror is very small and in the kitchen, far and very low (I am 1m68 and I have to bend my legs to see myself)
- No thermal isolation: it is constantly cold in the room even if the AC is at 30C always on. The walls remain cold, the windows and door have 0 isolation (and the room is about 15-20m2 only)
- Very noisy especially in the evening/night (people talking, shouting in the corridor, people walking/jumping on the floor upstairs, music, partying etc)

Host gentile e disponibile. La struttura e a 7 minuti dalla stazione di Nishi Shinjuku gochome, comodissima per raggiungere il centro di Tokyo!

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit top Lage
Pros:

Super freundlicher Vermieter, Lage ist super. Mitten in Shinjuku und trotzdem relativ ruhig. Man findet alles was man braucht zum Kochen oder auch wenn man länger da ist, zum Wäsche waschen.

Cons:

Teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommende Einrichtung wie zb Fußboden oder Tapeten Teilweise abgelöst.

mi sono sentita come una persona del posto
Pros:

era a una ventina di minuti dalla stazione ed effettivamente è un'appartamento perfetto stile Gipponese, è vicina ad un 7eleven e anche abbastanza in centro.

Cons:

la pulizia peccava un pochino, dalla finestra dalla testa del lettone ho notato delle UNGHIE😰, per chi è allergico alla polvere potrebbe essere leggermente sofferente il soggiorno
