Location is good but room wise is small. And the hotel management should change the bedsheets and pillows cases daily instead of us reminding them.

My 4th visit here and not the last.
Pros:

Convenient location. Close to the MRT and monorail lines. Also close to a huge range of eating places and shops at the Pavilion and surrounding area.
The staff are lovely.
The room was clean and comfortable and has a window, which makes a big difference to a room. Kettle, fridge, safe and hangers. Good bathroom facilities.
Security is very good.
This is about my 4th time here. Would absolutely use again.

Cons:

A little tired, but only a lick of paint would improve the appearance of the wear and tear of many guests.
