Pros:

Close to Metro and restaurants, room was a good size with fridge etc. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to let us know we had left a kindle behind which we basically wouldnt have gotten back otherwise due to our plans and CNY

Cons:

The room we had was on the higher floors and didn't look as much like the some of the photos as other rooms maybe do, there was a good amount of wear and tear in the room. Reception and building in not manned from 11pm.

Location is good but room wise is small. And the hotel management should change the bedsheets and pillows cases daily instead of us reminding them.

They should replace new towels and bedsheets instead of me reminding them.

My 4th visit here and not the last.
Pros:

Convenient location. Close to the MRT and monorail lines. Also close to a huge range of eating places and shops at the Pavilion and surrounding area.
The staff are lovely.
The room was clean and comfortable and has a window, which makes a big difference to a room. Kettle, fridge, safe and hangers. Good bathroom facilities.
Security is very good.
This is about my 4th time here. Would absolutely use again.

Cons:

A little tired, but only a lick of paint would improve the appearance of the wear and tear of many guests.
