Location, price, and occupancy availability. Adam was responsive when there was an issue.
Property wasn’t clean upon checking in. Kitchen amenities lacking. (1 or 2 pots and pans, dull knives, 3 coffee makers with 1 not working). Pest infestation; however was able to resolve it with quick trip to Walmart. Not enough blankets and full sized towels for number of guests that could be accommodated.
The property had an amazing view of the river!!! Really nice area!!!
We didn’t care for the RV’s. Noisy A/C running while wanting to listen to the calming river…and stinky RV toilets
Location to the river was absolutely amazing. The house was beautiful and spacious.
Unit #4 was perfect! Included a full kitchen with coffee, pots, pans & utensils. Walk right out on the back patio and down to the river to fish. Also included lounge chairs, firepits and a grill. Great spot just down from the state park , close to the lake, and a few minutes from groceries. Tons of guides and fishing stores nearby too!
This was a great location on the River. Adam is an exceptional host and took care of all our needs. We would look forward to staying here again.

The toilet seat was loose/missing a nut?
The Weber grill under the covered picnic area has ked a good life, but needs to be replaced- rusted out in a number of areas

The cabin was close to the river. There were multiple fire/ bbq pit combos to use. There is a stack of wood, cut up, and ready to burn. I also enjoyed the festive trout paintings.
I am not a fan of being so close to the other campsite guests. I prefer the cabin over the RV due to more bathroom privacy.
The whole place was fantastic
The only thing could h a very been better was the front driveway/ patio where the table and c hairs sit needed swept.not sure if housekeeping job or no.
I took 10 min and swept it so I wouldn't track in wet leaves and debris.
