Beautiful Grounds and Comfortable Rooms
Pros:

Our family unit was of a good size with a nice bathroom. We had 2 very good meals in the restaurant, which has many menu options available. After dinner we enjoyed sitting in comfortable chairs on the water. Our room was not close to the parking area but an attendant with a cart toted and unloaded our heavy baggage. Air conditioning and hot water were both good.

Cons:

The pool area had loud karaoke going when we arrived and had dinner. That "scene" is not what we needed. Even the restaurant had competing music, so quiet conversation could not happen.

Pros:

It’s in really good location. Very close to Castillo San Felipe and on the edge of Rio Dulce. It has complimentary kayaking and you can swim if you want to. It has two big pools, one for kids and the other for adults.
The restaurant has a nice view of the lake and it has great food and a variety of options for everyone. The room is clean and comfortable with air conditioning.

No me gustó que en la plataforma nunca me salió la opción de una sola cama , somos una pareja y pregunté si me la podrían cambiar y nos subió el precio , así que no usamos su plataforma , no es claro

Great experience and practical.
Pros:

Great view from the room, restaurant has a lot of options to choose from so everyone gets to eat what they like and the location of the hotel is very practical because it has access to the river and more.

Cons:

When we got to the hotel the hot tub was not working but we reached to one of the staff guys and they fixed the issue asap so we could have a great time on it.
