Pros:

Very neatly maintained rooms and were very spacious. Rooms with 3 beds were very useful for families. Restaurant within the hotel is also very handy to save time and had good food.

Comfortable, clean and most importantly very quiet and relaxing
Pros:

I liked the fact that it is conveniently located out of city centre but close to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. this is good because you don’t get the noise of the traffic, it’s quiete and super clean. The staff is exceptional, very professional, friendly and helpful.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Marine House, Agra
Pros:

Outstanding stay at Hotel Marine House, Agra.
The room was super clean and bed was cosy. Aircon worked perfectly and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked.
It's located close to Taj Mahal, making it easy for an early morning visit before the crowd arrive.
Staff was very kind and helpful.
Overall, a perfect place for 1-2 nights stay at Agra.

Pros:

Exterior is nice. Rooms are large. There was a double bed and an extra single bed in the room. Comfortable for family of 3

Cons:

Lift was quite slow. No 24 hr room service. Only till 10:30 PM

Clean. good sized room but noisy late night/early morning
Pros:

Clean and in a good location for most requirements.
Staff were quick to assist with room problems I had - didn't realise power to tv was on a switch next to my bed. Perhaps put label on it?

Cons:

I stayed next to reception and they were noisy until midnight with music playing which resumed again around 5.40-6 am which woke me up.
Some menu options at dinner were not available.

The hotel was impeccably clean, the staff were exceptional, and the manager went above and beyond
Pros:

My mother and I are deeply grateful for the incredible care and kindness shown by the manager and staff during our stay. Upon arrival, my mother had unfortunately fallen and broken her arm. The manager went above and beyond, meeting us at the hospital to ensure we were taken care of and helping us return safely to the hotel.

The staff were absolutely amazing—kind, attentive, and always ready to assist. The food was delicious, and every detail of our experience was handled with such thoughtfulness. Even as we prepared to leave, the team continued to go above and beyond, making us feel supported and comfortable throughout.

We cannot thank them enough for their compassion and exceptional service during a challenging time. This hotel truly turned a difficult situation into one of care and comfort, and we’ll forever be grateful.

Cons:

The only two things we would have preferred differently were having a window that could open in our room and receiving prior advice about not walking alone outside the hotel. This made getting around a bit more challenging, as we needed to rely on tuk-tuks or taxis for trips to the shops or other nearby destinations.
