Dapat bilik yang di upgrade selepas tiga kali tukar bilik. Bilik pertama buruk dan busuk. Bilik kedua belum di kemas tapi bagi key card untuk kita masuk. Bilik ke tiga pintu tak boleh kunci pula🤨

Kebersihan bilik tak dijaga dengan baik. Bilik busuk dan berhabuk. Ada tingkap bilik yang kuncinya rosak dan terbuka. Keadaan bilik tidak well maintained. Tuala di bilik pun ada yang lusuh. Geli nak pakai. TV di bilik tak dapat signal dengan baik. Lampu pun ada yang rosak. Staff front desk muka sombong masa kita nak check in. Bila dah dua kali kena tukar bilik, baru lah nak senyum dan minta maaf. Kita ni check in nak berehat. Mereka tak update keadaan bilik sebelum beri pada guest. Front desk dengan housekeeping tak berhubung berkaitan dengan kesediaan bilik untuk guest😏. First time tidur hotel guest kena bayar RM5 parking (24 jam).

Cons:

The receptionist requested my IC for photocopying and forgot to return it to me. When I was already on the way back to Shah Alam, the staff called to inform me that my IC had been left at the hotel. I had to use Lalamove to have it delivered, and I had to bear the cost myself.
