Cons:

The receptionist requested my IC for photocopying and forgot to return it to me. When I was already on the way back to Shah Alam, the staff called to inform me that my IC had been left at the hotel. I had to use Lalamove to have it delivered, and I had to bear the cost myself.

Staff is good

Cons:

The room is big but looks weird overall. The floor is sticky, no switch socket near the bed, the pillow is hard and high, aircond are not cold enough, and the toilet design is really weird the safe box is inside the toilet and the toilet environment is not clean. The light also looks dark
