Exceptional
Pros:

Attila is the best host, always available and at your service, we were a big group with a lot of requests, the hotel is in a great place, very close to the center of Avanos, there is parking, the rooms are with terraces, maybe small but they have everything you need, the breakfast was ok, with a lot of salad, he even prepared a Turkish evening just for our group, all the best.

It was good value for money, located in the center of Avanos near some restaurants and some shops. They offer free break
Pros:

Good value, near some shops and a bus station to Goreme and other places. Though I may say some facilities in the room look old and may need renovation or fixing but the receptionist/owner was very helpful and accommodating. He helped us on the tours or places we wanted to go during our stay.
They serve free breakfast as well.

Cons:

Some parts of the toilet need a little fixing.

Pros:

very convenient to bus station. about 700meters. easy to found they have a big signage .everything is clean. and the shower gel are great. I like them. and all the things including such as tower and slippers and breakfast. there’s a huge Public area. and the landlord are Friendly and enthusiastic. if next time I come here I will stay more days and try some other experiences like rent a bicycle. not as this time only overnight.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Avanos
Pros:

Very nice hotel for this price. The room was clean, spacious and pleasant. The staff was friendly and ready to help. Good breakfast!

I RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY WHO WANT TO VISIT THE AREA.
Pros:

IT WAS GOOD EXAMPLE OF GREAT CUSTOMER CARE AND TURKISH HOSPITALITY. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND POLITE. I RECOMMEND TO ALL VISITORS WHO PLAN JOURNEY TO CAPPADOCCIA. IT'S EASY ACCESS AND PLENTY OF SPACE FOR PARKING.
