Location was fine

Cons:

Hotel locked on arrival. Poor reception from staff who I seemed to have woken up when my phone call was eventually answered. Felt like I was putting her out. Laundry left on stairs. Curtains hung up with string. Room and shower was clean and acceptable.

La ubicación estaba muy bien, cerca del metro y un barrio tranquilo.

Cons:

Parecia que estuviésemos en un hotel completamente diferente, nos costo identificar la habitación, no se parecia en nada.
El baño no tenia secador y no se parecia en nada a las fotos, la cama se les salian los muelles y era incomodisima, las paredes tenian humedades, la pintura estaba levantada, enchufes quemados, debajo de la cama llena de mierda y asi mucho mas...
Lo único que la calefacción si que funcionaba.
El personal completamente ausente, llegamos y salia una chica en pijama y cuando nos fuimos tuvimos que dejar las llaves escondidas porque nos cansamos de esperar y llamar y no nos respondian.
Las condiciones de la ducha horribles, no vinieron ni un dia a limpiar la habitación, ni a hacer la cama.
Calidad precio pésima.

This place is filthy, rundown, and has a very unpleasant damp smell.

Cons:

Upon arrival, there is no reception desk. You have to call a phone number posted on the glass. Then a woman appears, wearing pajamas and looking very unkempt, and hands you a key. The building is extremely dirty with a strong, unpleasant damp smell and very narrow hallways.
Inside the room, everything is filthy. The hot water does not work and the water pressure is very low. The electric kettle is very old and dirty, the curtains are in terrible condition, and overall everything is bad. You cannot find even a single decent option or positive feature.
I genuinely do not understand how this dirty hostel has been rated as a 3-star hotel. I absolutely do not recommend it; it feels exactly like a scam.

Didn’t stay paid to stay in another hotel
Pros:

Didn’t stay here , paid for another hotel , room extremely dirty, brown marks above the pillows, curtains falling to bits, fag burns in the net curtain, mould on window, very strong smell of drugs , not even able to locate anyone to give the keys back to be told they would be in bed as check out is 11 , this was 9am when we had to return for our car

Brudne ściany, pleśń, popękania wszędzie, lodówka strasznie brudna i zniszczona, łazienka bardzo bardzo słaba, kotara od prysznica brudna, brak suszarki do włosów a miała być.
