Helpful staff but overall the review rating 8.4 is a stretch
Pros:

The staff were very helpful - my travelling friend's room was not booked and they were full up - staff tried hard to resolve issue and we ended up doing twin share. The dinner & breakfast as part of our tour booking was great.

Cons:

The rooms are tired and need an upgrade. We were on level 3 and there was significant noise when upstairs flushed toilet.

Although breakfast was overall good the orange juice was not real and the coffee was poor - I would expect better of an establishment at this price point.

The location is too far out of Arcade to easily go for a wander to check out town & visit a bar.

Gute Übernachtung in der Nähe vom Jakobsweg
Pros:

Wir haben dort nur übernachtet auf unserem Jakobsweg. Ist etwas ab vom Weg, aber noch sehr gut machbar. Personal war freundlich und wir konnten auch vor der Frühstückszeit eine Flasche Wasser im Hotel kaufen. Da wir früh aufgebrochen sind, konnten wir dort nicht frühstücken.

Wonderful location, great hotel.
Pros:

Hotel is in lovely location. Also good location if you are walking the Camino.❤️
View from my room to mountains and church was beautiful.
Dinner at the restaurant was very tasty, although it was pretty crowded and service wasn't pretty fast, but waitresses were really trying to do their best!
Breakfast was tasty and good.

Cons:

Soundproofing in room was not the best, but manageable. ( 7/10 I would say) You can hear people walk by, talk etc.
