Très déçu de Booking
Pros:

La sécurité de l’hotel est bien assurée
L’emplacement assez proche des quartiers du centre
Chambre au 32 étage

Cons:

La chambre était vraiment sale
La sale de bain était très sale
Les murs, les vitres, les tables, le sol tous était très sale
On a demandé de changer de chambre
La réception a refusé apparemment l’hotel était complet, ils ont refait le ménage mais c’était pareil
On alors fait le menage nous même.

Le petit déjeuner était miserable
5 petits morceaux de pastèque
Un café
Du riz
Omelette
Tranche de pain mie à volonté
Boissons au sirop de fruits
Très déçu!

Je ne comprends pas la note de booking
Cet hotel doit être banni du site

On discuté avec des clients chinois, australiens tous on annulé leurs séjour dans cet hotel après la première nuit

Confirmation email had incorrect information on it. Said front desk closed at 10pm, luckily for us it was 11pm as per another booking sites information. Phone number in the email was inactive as was another number we tried from another booking site. No way to call. Suite cleanliness wasn’t the best. Mirror in bathroom was dirty, shower had a musty smell and floor has a fair few hairs on it that weren’t mine. Only 2 towels provided, no bath mat, no hand towel, no face cloths. Fridge wasn’t cleaned and wiped out from last people, no cloth or teatowel provided for the kitchen. The pool area and pool was lovely, but the few lounger chairs around were all broken. Wifi was a little intermittent

Das Frühstück war furchtbar! Das WLAN funktionierte überhaupt nicht. Die Reinigung war auch nur grobflächig. Scheiben an der Dusche, Türgriffe und Oberflächen der Schränke waren sehr schmutzig. Aus den küchenschränken roch es nach schimmel. Zum abspülen war ein ekeliger und benutzter schwamm vorhanden. Das Personal war absolut unmotiviert und überhaupt nicht hilfreich. Jeden Tag hieß es, es komme jemand um das WLAN zu reparieren. Aber es kam über unseren gesamten Aufenthalt (5 tage) niemand! Hin und wieder hat ein Mitarbeiter den Router in unserem Zimmer neu gestartet, aber das hat nur kurzzeitig geholfen. Das Telefonat mit dem Manager war aber das schlimmste: zunächst einmal wollte er mir seinen Namen nicht sagen, dann leugnete er, am Vortag mit meinem Mann gesprochen zu haben. Irgendwann gab er dies zu, legte aber denn Hörer auf, weil ich angeblich unhöflich war. Ich habe lediglich in einem ernsten Ton gesagt, dass wenn das WLAN nicht im Lauf des Tages ( es war der 3. Tag) repariert würde, ich mich an booking wende. Null Kundenservice. Nie wieder!

Een mooie appartement op 32e verdieping met mooi uitzicht. Was heel mooi en ruim. Mooie keuken met magnetron en koelkast. Verder was er wat bestek, pannen en servies om te koken. Verder was het schoon en netjes. De appartement werd iedere dag schoongemaakt en kreeg je elke dag schone baddoeken en badmat. De handdoeken miste ik om je handen mee te vegen.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was niet vier-ster waardig. Er was geen buffet, maar kon je uit 4 gerechten kiezen, maar dat beviel ons niet, zeker met jonge kinderen. Hier moet de eigenaar wat aan doen door bijvoorbeeld toch een buffet ontbijt aan te bieden met lokale en westerse eten. Dat zou prima kunnen in de Pampas restaurant op de begane grond. Mooie restaurant en goed eten en vriendelijk personeel in dit restaurant.

Plusieurs hôtels dans le même immeuble,situé un peu à l'écart des points importants, Quartier pas très piéton,chambre moyenne manque d'entretien équipement moyen, clim vieillotte et s'allume 1 fois sur 2
Piscine pas utilisée ferme à 22h, wifi coupé la veille de notre départ, petit déj au 10eme étage, il faut aller chercher un bon à l'accueil la veille, comme c'était pas terrible on a pas demandé de bon

Pros:

Så fort vi kom in först var det riktigt najs och stort, men sakta men säkert inser vi hur dåligt det var. Man slås av en äcklig lukt direkt när man kommer in. Toaletterna luktar avlopp. Sänglakanen var smutsiga och fläckiga. Hår överallt i rummen. Det var inte alls rent. Inte 4-stjärnigt hotell i mina ögon.

Petit déjeuner restreint à un plat. Une diversité aurait été souhaitée: fruits, céréales, laitages comme des yaourts, pains et confitures.
La salle de bain n’était pas très propre.
