Pros:

Très bon emplacement au centre tout en étant en retrait de l'agitation, chambre spacieuse et lumineuse, le personnel est très gentil, bonne wifi

Cons:

Très peu de choix au petit déjeuner (aucun fruit, ni de jus de fruit pour les enfants), la propreté à revoir (surtout vitrages et faïence), pas de ventilation possible (uniquement par la porte d'entrée) qui en fait un logement très humide

Floor to ceiling windows that look out over gorgeous Sapa! It is close to the town square but a bit of a hike but well worth it! Really lovely and attentive staff.

Very pleasant accommodation - we had a great time there :-)
Pros:

The accommodation is located close to the centre, with a steep climb up to it. The host was extremely flexible and helpful - we were able to leave our luggage there before check-in and after check-out.

Pros:

Excellent location... just 2 mins walk from Center, Breakfast was on top floor... and the view from there was just amazing... Ms Thao who handles the retreat was very helpful and she took outmost care of what we require... my family loved it.

Pros:

The room was nice, and organized the beds were comfy and the staff is helgful

Cons:

There was mold in the room and the smell was really strong, the hotel is on a very steep hill and wasnt easy to carry our luggage up and down the hill
