I have had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, taking care of everything for me. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Sapa and the surrounding mountains. I would highly recommend booking the Designer Room.The bed was positioned in such a way that you could enjoy the entire view of Sapa while lying in bed. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace, which is a very cool and nice setting. However, during my stay, the weather in Sapa was quite cold and damp, so having breakfast outdoors was not ideal.If I return to Sapa, I would gladly stay at the same hotel and in the same room again.
Staff was very helpful. Ms. Kim Chi was nice and supportive for my early morning breakfast at 4am.
Hotel garden is small but fresh and blooming which keeps me enjoyable the neighborhood

The hotel is located in the top of a slope, no step, it is valuable for people who would like to experience the terrain of mountain area in the north of Vietnam, prepare your health and luggage neat when uphill to reach hotel

La montée vers l hôtel est sportive mais ça en vaut le coup, nous avons adoré notre chambre ainsi que le phô au petit déjeuner, le personnel est très arrangeant, c'est un superbe endroit que je ne peux que recommander !

Esto no es que no me gustase, pero si vas en tu vehículo propio, Google maps, te va ha decir que has llegado en la calle que esta por encima del hotel tienes que continuar para abajo y guirar a la izquierda..

Encontramos algunas cucarachas en la habitación, pero supongo que siendo asia y la humedad que hace y en el entorno que está cerca de la naturaleza pues será algo normal. Es difícil controlar esto
