The entrance to the property gate was a bit steep.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and quite clean. Even the walkways and common area was clean. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. Ample parking space available.

Pros:

Good location and great rooms

Cons:

The staff was too strict on timing and infact it looked like they don’t appreciate online booking. I had to pay additional for early checkin even though there were rooms available and i had a valid reason.
Also on check out day though the time was mentioned 12PM they told it is 11 AM. I didn’t argue aa there was no point.

Big & cosy rooms with excellent housekeeping staff
Pros:

Very neat, big and cosy room.

Cons:

That our room was not kept ready even though we checked in late at the hotel. We had to call for the hand towels, slippers, tea kettle and paraprenilia. But once we asked for it they promptly got it for us. These are things which must be there by default.

I didn't like anything about the hotel

Cons:

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Hotel BMS, Mangalore, on [24th May 2025]. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I expected based on your reputation.

The room was not clean upon arrival, the staff was unresponsive to my requests, and the overall service quality was subpar. Staff are not aware that they are in the service industry, not in the FMCG mkt.

This experience left me quite dissatisfied and affected the comfort of my stay. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your services to ensure future guests do not face similar issues.

I would appreciate a response and a gesture of goodwill acknowledging the inconvenience caused.
As a frequent traveler I can say room rate has to be in the range of Rs.800 to Rs.1000 only.
