Cons:

Said American breakfast, but only coffee and toast. Thai food for breakfast was good according to my wife. The hotel is on a dead end street, sadly Google maps thinks the street is a through road it isn't it's a dead end, so if you miss the soi the hotel is in, you have a long drive to go around again to turn into the soi the hotel is in... This is not the fault of the hotel, Google can be garbage...

Great place
Pros:

The rooms were clean and same with the bathroom. The owner was very kind and helpful. Very helpful in getting transportation and easy walk to restaurants and street vendors.

Cons:

There were only two options to choose from for breakfast either than toast or a plate of fruit. Not much of an issue, but if you travel with a picky eater it can be difficult.
