Excellent host, location is superb, you have a large place to yourself everything you want is nearby the restaurant the beach

The location is excellent, close to good eats and in between both beaches.

The host was so incredibly helpful in making our stay special for my partners 30th birthday. The room was also modern, worked well and felt clean. We felt very welcomed.

Alles was schoon, modern, en de locatie was top! Je hebt echt je eigen plek met privacy, goede wifi en een heerlijke airco en ventilator. Verder zit je nog binnen 3 mins lopen van Hiriketiya beach en zitten er een atm en supermarkt op 1 minuut lopen. Ook heb je een eigen keuken die wij niet hebben gebruikt maar er staat dus een watertank met gekoeld drinkwater wat echt top is!

Location - the property was situated a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Hiriketiya Road, being quite central to the town and restaurants between Hiriketiya/Dikwalla.

Cleanliness - the villa presented in a very tidy manner and I didn’t have any issues with critters etc.

Facilities - the host ensured there was always plenty of water at the villa, the bathroom and bedroom were both spacious and the kitchen was convenient. I had no issues with mosquitoes during my stay so the room was well sealed. Air conditioning and a fan were fantastic.

Host - very polite, readily available and able to assist with any query.

I highly recommend this property. Spacious and stylish accommodation with a lovely private outdoor area too.
The location is excellent - you are close to everything yet it feels secluded.
The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including a big water cooler.
The owner is really kind and accommodating, he even took us to the station when we checked out. Thank you!

Very friendly and flexible host, super nice location close to the beach but not in a noisy area, felt private, clean, convenient.

Had a great stay here, extended by 3 nights. Place is new and looks as advertised. Its clean (no bathroom sewage smell!), spacious and completely quiet at night. About 2 min walk to the beach and the kitchen with fridge and water refill was great to have too. Wifi was also fast, would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Ran Villa in Dickwella for two nights, which turned out to be a very well-maintained and clean accommodation. The location of Ran Villa is excellent—just a short walk to both the town center and the beach, making it extremely convenient for exploring the area. The villa itself features a separate kitchen and bathroom which were both practical and well-equipped. However, we did notice a minor inconvenience regarding storage space as there were limited options to hang or store our clothing. This wasn't a major issue, but a bit more storage would make the stay perfect. Despite this small critique, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend Ran Villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and strategically located place to stay in Dickwella. We would gladly return for another visit.

Everything was great. The host is the kindest man.

The property is brand new and offers a very comfortable bed, huge bathroom and a large garden with an outdoor shower, a small kitchen and a nice sitting area. It’s very quiet but still less than five minutes walking to the beach and restaurants. You wake up to the sounds of nature and can observe monkeys from here. The owner is super helpful and friendly. He even brought us fresh coconut to enjoy.

We were the second guest. Everything is clean and new, very modern and cosy. Host is very kind and helpful. Close to the beach and good cafes.
