If you want to forget your worries this is pure, tranquil bliss!
Pros:

This place is just the dream of being in the middle of the rainforest on high ground in the casitas. The walk in shower is amazing and in a great location with a direct unobstructed view of the volcano. The staff were fantastic from the moment you arrived and the buggy guys were so informative and friendly with a very good knowledge of English informing of the wildlife or anything you need to know! Never a dull moment with the Sloths and beautiful birds surrounding you. Breakfast was delicious offering mouth watering fruit and local fresh food. Beautiful settings and the hot springs were beautifully clean and pure. My massage was so calming amongst the sound of the birds. Truly amazing experience!

Friendly, luxurious location 🥰
Pros:

Absolutely phenomenal hotel and the staff were wonderful. We did the sloth tour and the company the hotel arranged was fantastic by far our best tour so far in Costa Rica. If we didn't live so far away we would be back!

Everything! The Ambiance, the view, the hot Springs jacuzzi. The cabin set high in the rain forest, which made it even cooler. It was phenomenal 👏🏾 🙌🏾!

I stayed with my partner for five days, and it was an excellent experience from every possible angle.

The hotel arranged our transfer, and I highly recommend booking that option with them. The staff greeted us warmly, check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed with local coffee and snacks.

They also assisted with activity planning—don’t miss the river boat tour. We saw incredible wildlife up close, and it was a highlight of the trip.

The views were breathtaking, and the room was exactly as advertised—comfortable, clean, and truly relaxing. Food options were excellent as well; no matter the time of day, we never had any issues finding something we wanted. We always felt safe, and the location offered a perfect balance of comfort and immersion in nature.

If you’re planning a stay, two to three days might be ideal; five felt a bit long. The only area for improvement is the pool—it could definitely be larger.

Overall, Amor Hotel delivers an unforgettable experience. If you’re picky about comfort and relaxation, like I am, you’ll find it well worth it.
