Perfect Hoi A stay. Wonderful and Special.
Pros:

The location of Reu is best ever in Hoi An! Perfectly situated in the beautiful and peaceful rice paddies, it is midway between town and the beach with free bicycles and easy Grab grab. The breakfast was amazing and so were the attentive staff. Also, Thuy at the front desk was warm, wonderful, and so helpful. Also, Reu is beautifully and uniquely designed and looks like a Gaudi creation. So lovely. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Truly loved basically everything.
Very weirdly, though, the last morning of our stay, I called down early and asked for more free in-room filtered water and they advised since it was my check-out day, I could use the mini bar or get some at breakfast rather than replenish for me complimentary. It was about 8am and check-out wasn't until noon. Odd!

初めてのベトナムで、初めて訪れた場所がここのホテルでした。写真で見ていた通り、内装が可愛くて景色も素晴らしかったです！そしてなにより、従業員の方全員が最高のおもてなしをしてくださりました！！本当にありがとう！！！その後も他のホテルに泊まりましたが、やっぱりこのホテルが一番良かったですし、ベトナム旅行をより素晴らしいものにしてくれました！友人や家族にもおすすめします！！

Pros:

Best hotel I have ever stayed at! We were welcomed with a drink and a snack and got some useful information about the hotel and hoi an. The staff is lovely and always there to help. The rooms and facilities are amazing, it is very clean as well. Locationwise also very nice, it is situated in the middle of the rice fields but walkable, took us around 20 min into old town center.

Our favorite was the breakfast, a mix of western and traditional vietnamese food. Everything was so tasty!

Relaxing and luxe retreat
Pros:

I had a wonderful sta at Reu. The hotel is stunnnnnnning, my room was gorgeous with a great view. Beautiful pool. Lovely staff. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel staff were very accommodating with my halal & gluten free diet.

Cons:

I loved the location as it was peaceful and provided respite from busy Hoi An, exactly what I was after. However it is a 10 minute drive into town…so if you want to be in the thick of it, this may not be the best location for you.
