Worst stay
Pros:

It was a iron shed, don’t prefer in rainy season cuz the shed

Cons:

No security at gate cars parked in open without security
Frog in swming pool no staff to remove it we personally removed it . The ladies staff was afraid of it when we showed them they were not ready to remove it
Frog baby in rooms
Toiled cover broken and flush not working properly
Fan working on high speed only
Light fluctuations are there due to which the inverter of ac getting drip every 10-15 min
Generator kept on manual transmission mode
And not starting again it takes 4-5 min for inverter to get on green light to start AC
No one responsible person present at night
When reported manager talked over phone and told it happnes like that only .
AC not working properly the
Non of the other room had problems
Only our room faced this AC issue.
And it did not got resolved
I did not got peace sleep at night
I am going to register a complaint to consumer forum. Once reached my place
Taking 6000₹ for this type of facilities is not worth.

Value for money stay
Pros:

Centrally located ,clean pool and prompt service .

A short trip of two days to gokarna with one of my family member
Pros:

Neat and clean rooms, hotel located in a calm and quite surroundings, friendly and welcoming staff. Good amount of space around the hotel, located away a bit from the congested downtown. Plenty of restaurants nearby for meals and snacking.

Cons:

Nothing much to write here.
