The location is great, the hotel staff is very friendly.
If you want to sleep past 06:30, I recommend staying somewhere else. The church bells are very loud here and the windows/balcony doors are not sealed shut so noise easily enters the room.

Rooms with balcony. I was very specific trying to find a property with a balcony and Floré Hotel Boutique delivered. The room was very spacious and close by the central area of Cuenca. Staff were friendly and ready to help to make my trip seamless.

Quarto incrível, muito cômodo e espaçoso. A localização é ótima, atrás da catedral de Cuenca. O café da manhã não tem muitas opções, mas nos satisfez pela quantidade. Como é um edifício antigo e tombado, não há elevadores, todos os andares são acessados apenas por escadas. Mas é uma coisa a ser desconsiderada para ter a oportunidade de estar num local tão belo.

La habitación aun siendo amplia no tenía un escritorio y silla, tampoco contaba con lámparas de cama y no tenía suficientes tomas de energía. El hotel no cuenta con ascensor, muy necesario dadas las condiciones complejas de las gradas, aun cuando se lo podría instalar sin afectar la estructura patrimonial del inmueble.

The hotel has an authentic charm and is generally well maintained, with a unique atmosphere and great location.
The bedrooms were not very comfortable and they had no charm at all. The beds were too hard and too short, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The windows were in poor condition, allowing cold air to come through. The bathroom was outdated and lacked proper ventilation. Breakfast was simple, with a limited selection.
La ubicación era perfecta, el personal super amable y la habitación super cómoda.
La habitación quedaba en el último piso y por ser edificios históricos no cuentan con ascensor, y las gradas eran muy altas entonces se volvía muy cansado estar subiendo y bajando. Pero por lo general todo estuvo perfecto.
