Pros:

The place is great, clean and comfortable. The staff treatment is exceptional.

Cons:

There is an small circulat window that does not have curtain. The room is at the top of the building, so it did not matter too much, however, a curtain would be great.

Great location, staff were super nice and friendly.

I had a balcony room, really noisy sometimes due to car traffic and people shouting from the exterior or singing.

The staff was amazing. Friendly and helpful. My terrace looked out onto a beautiful cathedral.
Pros:

Perfect location in the middle of the city center. I was able to walk to everything I wanted to visit.

Cons:

There is no elevator and my room was on the fourth floor. Still worth it but if you have altitude issues or are not in good health, be sure to get a room on a low floor.

Al ser un edificio histórico, no se puede poner ascensor y subir a la tercera planta se hace un poco difícil porque la ciudad está mucha altura
