Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, bei sympathischen, netten, zuvorkommenden Gastgebern.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut. Ebenso die Lage der Pension. Ruhig, gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sprechen Englisch. Das tut dem ganzen keinen Abbruch. Super nett und sympathisch.

A hidden gem
Pros:

What a hidden gem in the heart of the Black Forest. The accommodation is newly renovated, modern, clean, and welcoming. The hosts are simply amazing — truly wonderful people. On the night I stayed, I was the only guest, but that didn’t matter at all; they made sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable. I never felt like just a guest, but rather like a member of the family.

Wunderschöne Lage und perfekte, zugewandte Gastgeber
Pros:

Ich reise häufiger, beruflich und privat. Diese Urlaubsreise war außergewöhnlich gut, weil wir überaus freundlich, zuvorkommend und umfassend gut behandelt wurden. Das begint bei der Ausstattung des Zimmers, der Beratung welche Ziele und Freizeitaktivitäten vielleicht interessant sein könnten und hörte mit dem besten Frühstück ever noch lange nicht auf. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig mit sehr schönem Blick ins Tal und über die Berge. In 10 -15 Minuten ist man im Stadtkern von Todtmoos. (geht in die Konditorei Zimmermann und genießt die Kuchen oder die Suppen!). Verschiedene schöne Wanderwege unterschiedlicher Schwere und Länge laden zum Spaziergang ein. Was für ein schöner Urlaub!
Die Gastgeber konnten alle unsere Zusatz-Wünsche erfüllen und so hatten wir eine perfekte Zeit.

Cons:

Schwer hier etwas zu schreiben, weil mir nichts einfällt. Wenn ich unbedingt eine Empfehlung geben muss, dann höchstens, die Parkplätze vielleicht durch weiße Linien besser einzuteilen....obwohl das die Sache unflexibler machen würde. Ich möchte immer gern helfen einen Prozess zu verbessern, aber mir fällt nichts ein.

Super Gastgeber und ein schöner Ort zum Wandern
Pros:

Das Hotel war super. Sehr angenehme Menschen die sehr nett und hilfsbereit sind.
Ich bekam reichlich Informationen über Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Wege dort hin. Auch die Bewohner in der Umgebung sind sehr nerr und auch hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Ich war ohne Auto unterwegs und die Wege sind lang. Es gibt einen Busfahrplan und eine Gästekarte dei einen erlaubt den Bus kostenlos zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu nutzen. Wenn aber nur Wandern möchte ist das ein sehr guter Startpunkt der zum Wandern einlädt.

Gerne wieder, man wird als Freund empfangen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet – das spürt und sieht man überall. Die Besitzer sind äußerst herzlich und kümmern sich aufrichtig darum, dass es ihren Gästen an absolut nichts fehlt. Das Abendessen wurde eigens für uns frisch zubereitet, und das Frühstück war einfach phänomenal – reichhaltig, liebevoll angerichtet und von bester Qualität. Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Wiederkommen!

Cons:

Für Paare könnte das Bad in den Doppelzimmern etwas klein ausfallen. Uns hat das auf dieser Reise jedoch nicht gestört, da wir mit den Motorrädern unterwegs waren und ein Doppelzimmer jeweils als Einzelzimmer nutzen durften – perfekt gelöst!

We had a long pleasant stay
Pros:

The view from the room is beautiful.
The room is clean and the bed and pillows are comfortable. The shower is comfortable: good water pressure and instant hot water.
The location is very good - close to beautiful hiking trails, to the two main lakes (Titisee and Schluchsee), and an hour drive from the Rhine water falls and from Zurich.
There's a small kitchen in the house for the guests to use. We used it once, was very convenient.
The hosts are very nice and accommodating. It was clear that they tried to make the stay as comfortable as possible. They also took the time to give us recommendations and made sure daily that we're having a good experience.

Cons:

The curtains don't block the sun completely, so it was difficult to sleep after sunrise.
The noise insulation is poor. There is no noise from outside, but everything was heard from the near rooms: people walking above us, people talking in the near room, some nights I could even hear someone snoring from some other room.
I would have preferred to know the cost of the dinner when we signed up for it (I asked), and not at the dinner itself, especially that it was on the expansive side

Wir haben uns von Anfang an Wohl gefühlt. Die Besitzer haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Zimmer sauber und gut eingerichtet.
Balkon mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Frühstück sehr lecker in tollen Ambiente.
Wir bedanken uns sehr herzlich und kommen gerne wieder.
