Meant to be a 4star hotel we book 3 rooms for family members. No toiletries provided not even soap…. 1 bin in room and for 4 days the room wasn’t clean until I asked them to clean it. Pictures don’t match. 1 room had smelly drain when approach manager they told us that there was not smell. The hotel sold water which was extremely expensive. Would recommend this as overpriced for what’s on offer

where do i start. Felt like a prison, there was no signal on my phone with no working wifi. no hot water and no view from window(literally storage space), mould inside cupboard and dirty floors all over. the place hasn’t been inspected since 2023 on the bathroom door. the staff were rude as heck with no communication and my enquiry to fix the wifi and hot water. couldn’t change rooms so we left a day early. horrible stay i would not recommend it and i want a refund.

Everything. The hotel was so dirty below average. We decided to leave and drive back home as the hotel were very dirty and smelly. In fact I’m in the process of getting my refund as the hotel shouldn’t be allowed to take any guests due to poor hygiene not acceptable.

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, it will be custom made by the hotel’s very own chefs. You have the choice to either go to the breakfast area, or serve it in your own room.

As per my recent check in, there are now furnishings inside the room including a lamp, TV, cabinets, and couples table. The table even has a mini flower pot which is a nice addition. You also get an amenity kit which includes a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and soap.

The staff is very accommodating. Everyone dawns a smile from the Front Officers to the security guard and barista, taking into consideration all my concerns, and I’m one to have a lot of concerns.

The location of the hotel is beside the main road, so commuting is really accessible whether you want to ride a taxi, jeep, or bus. The guard will even call the taxi for you. You can reach Burnham Park and Session Road in less than 15 minutes, even lesser time at night as there’s no traffic whatsoever. You can also stroll around and see what makes Baguio the City of pines.

The price is not cheap, yes, but it is also not too expensive. It’s worth the price and I’m glad this hotel knows their value, and delivers it well plus more.

There are also other services the hotel offers like karaoke, spa, bangsal kape, and jurist bar which opens every night.

Looking forward to visiting this place again to see how they’ll grow more the next time I travel in Baguio!

Cons:

The only concern left is the noise being heard inside the room, which they are very well aware as they have added soundproofing in the event hall. They said that they will continue to take this issue seriously and find better solutions in the future. Regardless, I haven't encountered any issues with regards to noises coming into my room from the event hall even at night. Maybe due to my room's location.

Cons:

Sound system from the event hall is heard inside the room. So if you want to just stay in your room for a day and there’s an event, you will hear the music and the talks from someone who’s holding the microphone.
