Great location, clean and comfortable with full living facilities (kitchen, clothes washing).
Pros:

The location was great. Close to a shopping mall, many restaurants, a convenience store and a park. It was a complete unit with cooking facilities and clothes washing machine and dryer (washing detergent included). The unit was ver clean and comfortable. Two big screen tvs. I found the self-checkin system easy to use. I would stay here again.

Pros:

Nice location near Tenmonkan, restaurants & supermarket & public transportation close to the hotel. Full washing machine and dryer in the room was a nice surprise

Everything in the hotel and room is very basic, living area is small & not functional

A comfortable and convenient stay
Pros:

This was a very comfy and reasonably-priced stay. The room was more like a studio apartment than a hotel room, and was very well equipped, while the automated check-in and check-out processes were very straightforward. It’s also well located – not far from the train station. And the room had a bathtub, which was very welcome after a long journey.

Cons:

The bed was comfy and I slept well, but either the mattress or the frame was a little bit creaky.

Great stay!
Pros:

This was a wonderful little, small apartment basically. A little kitchen, bathroom, bedroom... even washer/dryer in the room that worked perfectly. Nice little park nearby too. Easy check-in/check-out (no staff, I'd note). I definitely recommend!

Nothing; it was great.

A great self-service apartment, clean and in a great location.
Pros:

We enjoyed having an apartment (albeit small), especially having the opportunity to do laundry as needed, and to cook the occasional meal. The room was very clean and there were plenty of towels etc.

Cons:

Although there were sliding patio doors in both the kitchen and bedroom, the views were into a very dark parking garage. We never saw the light of day until we ventured onto the street and beyond.
