A comfortable stay in the centre of town
Pros:

Spacious room, great location right next to the plaza, friendly front desk staff.

Cons:

The whole downstairs area is shared with a cafe where students were working all day on laptops - felt a bit like walking into a university library every time you came back to the hotel, with nowhere to sit and relax. A bit noisy at night from the street but this is understandable in the town centre.

1. Staff at the reception - very friendly/attentive.
2. Location - walking distance to almost all main attractions/neighbourhoods/restaurants.
3. There is a coffee place right next to the reception.
4. New amenities in the room (Aircon, etc.,)

Cons:

1. Room cleanliness - leaves a lot to be desired. Please pay more attention to it.
2. The internal room design - particularly how/where the bathroom and toilet are placed. The room I stayed in will not be very comfortable for a couple. However, this may reflect my personal preference.

Wow! Mitten in der Altstadt - trotzdem ruhig. Wir hatten ein Fenster zum Innenhof - nicht der schönste Ausblick, aber quasi null Geräusch von der belebten, quirligen Altstadtfußgängerzone.
Tolle Lage. Kneipen, Restaurants, viele kleine Geschäfte, viel Trubel - voll im Stadtleben. Keine 5min. zur Metro, supersauber. Empfehlenswert.
